“Delivery delayed because one item not available: green table, but that not explained. Had to call to find out and didn't care about colour of table. Would be better that you send mail to announce delay with cause of delay so that situation rectified quickly. Apart from that, excellent service in shop and on phone.”

“I am most impressed with the quality of clothes and equipment I have recently purchased. They are good value for money and I would fully recommend your services to friends and family. The delay in packing and delivery is ok but would like it to improve which I am sure you are already working on.”

“Decathlon dealt with my purchase in store well, although some confusion over the store card for points which were unable to print off in store and left me confused over whether points to be added had actually been added, which involved a few emails to customer services. Still have not received card but saved paperwork to pick up at store when next visit.”

“Very happy with the overall service. Was looking for a decent inflatable kayak at an affordable price and was not disappointed. Also easily found inexpensive accessories (car powered pump & adjustable paddles) easily. I have already used the products several times and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality. Delivery was smooth and on time and I will definitely be shopping at Decathlon again.”

“I got to know Decathlon when I was on holidays in Nice and later they opened branch in Dubai where I lived at the time. I like the choice and quality of products and think they are good value for money. I live in New Zealand now and unfortunately, have no choice but to buy in UK and have it sent to a depot in UK and later have it forwarded to NZ. There is an Australian branch, but they don't send it to NZ yet, so this is my only complain is that postage is complicated. I would rather prefer to buy it from Decathlon and have Decathlon send it directly to me either by Royal Mail or even courtier, to avoid extra hassle and time.”

“Have been buying my sports gear from Decathlon for some time. The fit is good but the colours are not as advertised. Have ordered a few "pink" products which have turned out to be a very bright orange!.”

“My purchase was a present. It would be good to have the option to put present or a note in observations so that the person receiving the goods doesn't receive the invoice too ( I don't know whether there was anything in the package indicating the price). Also I was buying the present for a family member in the UK when I live abroad and it wouldn't let me put a foreign address.”
