Returned an item 6 months ago through post had no refund. Emailed several times no reply. Never ordering again passed off is an under statement I was not donating my money I'm a mum of 3 I expected my money back or a replacement item but I had nothing!

Our parcel was delivered to completely the wrong address. Thankfully there are still some good people in the world and they tracked us down. I love Decathlon but they need to use a delivery company whose drivers are able to deliver to the right address.

Dear Georgina, we are sorry to learn you experienced difficulties due to your order being delivered to a different address. In cases like such as yours it will be indicated on your tracking code e.g. NUM 4 NXT DOOR, delivery couriers will deliver to the neighbouring address if there is no recipient available to receive the delivery at the given address, we apologise this was the decision taken without your prior knowledge and will file your complaint to escalate with DHL in our next meeting.

The air seconds famaly 4 was perfect for my camping trip plenty of room in the bed room and the seating area I still think the canopy over the door dose need redesigning that's why I went for the tarp over the door setting up was so easy I was pitched in less than 10 minutes and the same amount of time to pack away

Had a very unfortunate experience ordering from Decathlon online ordered two BTwin mtbs 10 days ago and was twice sent one of the bikes with a faulty braking system, spent around 10 days on phone to Decathlon online centre and waiting home for collections of faulty bikes and delivery of replacement (again faulty bike)customer service said would sent 2nd faulty bike to my nearest Decathlon store for repair which happened to be Wednesbury store- thank goodness my sanity and confidence in Decathlon was restored after being customers of Decathlon Btwin for some years at this store with no problems, I cannot thank the staff at this store enough for correcting this situation. Many thanks to Jodi (first point of contact when tracking the progress on my bike) dealing with my call quickly and efficiently, the staff in the cycle workshop for helpful updates on situation, and a special thanks to David from cycle service and repairs who on realising my bike may not make the overnight delivery schedule, delivered my bike to my door in his own time and in his own vehicle, not too impressed with lack of interest and response from online customer service (no communication at all) but staff in store at Decathlon Wednesbury duck all the boxes for customer service, personal interest, efficiency,and in David's case really going the extra Mike!! A big thank you!!

I cannot praise Decathlon enough for the way they dealt with my problem following a critical review I gave. I was offered a straightforward money back despite owning the product for over 2 years, although only used 4 or 5 times. That's real customer service!

Im now on holiday in Croatia and im having such fun with my easybreathe snorkel mask so easy to set up and all i can say is WOW. Many thanks brilliant product

Bike excellent. Delivery though was meant to be to Bury, Lancs but ended up at Heathrow! Frantic calls had to be made as this was a birthday present. Got it couriered up in the nick of time.

In terms of quality of website, ease of ordering, quality of products, product range and value for money, I am completely delighted with the service from Decathlon. However, many of the goods were ordered specifically as prizes for the successful completion of a college course and unfortunately, they arrived 3 days late for the presentation event. Eventually, once the students received their prizes, they were really pleased with them, but I was disappointed that they were late.

I bought a bike from Decathlon and although the delivery was fast my bike turned up with no peddles, the handle bars put on backwards and the wires pulled out from the back dynamo light. The bike is otherwise quite nice but I was a bit disappointed for the price.

Whole order was dealt with almost faultlessly, by very pleasant staff at the Willenhall Branch. My only criticism is that my package was not at the 'Pick-up' point where it should have been when I went to collect. I thus had to wait while the parcel was located. One item, (inflatable mattress) may be faulty. Am checking soon so we may have to see how the Returns system works out.

Just driven all the way from Blackpool to Bolton to try and buy a pair of ski boots X 2 for my wife and I Frustrated to find there aren't any in the shop. Don't want to buy online as have to check they fit etc!!! Also we were told there won't be any at Warrington store Is there a note on the website that we have missed saying they are not in the store ?? What a waste of a morning !
