“I contacted Decathlon re sizing of a buoyancy aid, Decathlon have not bothered to answer the question. It has raised my concerns about customer service or the lack of it”

“Very happy with the overall service. Was looking for a decent inflatable kayak at an affordable price and was not disappointed. Also easily found inexpensive accessories (car powered pump & adjustable paddles) easily. I have already used the products several times and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality. Delivery was smooth and on time and I will definitely be shopping at Decathlon again.”

“I got to know Decathlon when I was on holidays in Nice and later they opened branch in Dubai where I lived at the time. I like the choice and quality of products and think they are good value for money. I live in New Zealand now and unfortunately, have no choice but to buy in UK and have it sent to a depot in UK and later have it forwarded to NZ. There is an Australian branch, but they don't send it to NZ yet, so this is my only complain is that postage is complicated. I would rather prefer to buy it from Decathlon and have Decathlon send it directly to me either by Royal Mail or even courtier, to avoid extra hassle and time.”

“Have been buying my sports gear from Decathlon for some time. The fit is good but the colours are not as advertised. Have ordered a few "pink" products which have turned out to be a very bright orange!.”

“My purchase was a present. It would be good to have the option to put present or a note in observations so that the person receiving the goods doesn't receive the invoice too ( I don't know whether there was anything in the package indicating the price). Also I was buying the present for a family member in the UK when I live abroad and it wouldn't let me put a foreign address.”

“I do not recommend this bike to anyone because the bike does not work safely and properly. I bought firstly woman style one and it had big problems. I refunded it and I bought the man style one. Because the price was awesome and I'd like to give a change again. The man style one has same problems as well. :( Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this bike. It is poor quality! (Gear, balance and chain sound problem)”
