“I found these cute backpacks for my family in the states and so I ordered them. They loved them so I came back and ordered 5 more to take as gifts. Shipped quickly, well made and a good price what more could you ask for? Totally happy.”

“I'm generally pleased with my Decathlon experiences online and in store. I do have one question about you clothing range . . . Is there a reason why you do not provide or stitch in hanging tags or coat rack loops in your coats, jackets and tops? It does make it very awkward to store items in a cloakroom or close to the front door conveniently.”

“Received very poor customer service when I ordered goods to be picked up in store. Received email to say it was ready to be picked up. Husband went to store and was told by 3 people it wasn't there and they had no record of it. I telephoned customer service line and was told it was in store, attitude of person on phone was very rude. I informed her that my husband had been and sent away without parcel. She phoned me back and said it is there you can get it now. I explained my husband was now home and could we have the goods delivered to home now. She said no because I don't know how to do that. The store was quite a distance away so didn't want to make that journey again having already had one wasted journey.”

“I was very impressed with the choice and quality of the wet suit and it was a very quick delivery, I would recommend anyone to shop at decathlon the prices are great and the quality even better.”

“I have you Decathlon for a verity of sporting goods, for different members of the family. There is always a wide selection regardless of what sport and prices to suit all budgets. I recently purchased some fishing take that wasn't available at our local store so I had it delivered there at no cost. Arrived within a couple of days and was kept updated as to the delivery constantly. Highly recommended”

“The service from decathlon was good and responsive, however it needed to be responsive as the first bike delivered was faulty. Replacement was arranged quickly and service was good. Regrettably the second bike also had problems - the whole back brake fell off.”

“My overall buying experience at Decathlon was quit good up until my last purchase When I was quit disappointed from one of the products. I wrote a review on Decathlon web site regarding that particular product but the review was never published and totally ignored by Decathlon.”
