“Always good, got my btwin road bike from here and has been great so far apart from an inner tube becoming flat, so just bought some replacement and spare inners, again great and deliverys always fast and comes on or before the set date”

“Bought a Btwin 500, its done about 16 miles, was doing a decent my rear wheel hit a bump in the road and buckled so bad I fell off, hurt myself quite badly. I dont know what kind of saftey test these things go through but the wheels on this thing are a joke. its cost me another £100 to get some propper wheels. If I had the time and money id consider legal action as this wheel simply wasnt road safe.”

“I found these cute backpacks for my family in the states and so I ordered them. They loved them so I came back and ordered 5 more to take as gifts. Shipped quickly, well made and a good price what more could you ask for? Totally happy.”

“I'm generally pleased with my Decathlon experiences online and in store. I do have one question about you clothing range . . . Is there a reason why you do not provide or stitch in hanging tags or coat rack loops in your coats, jackets and tops? It does make it very awkward to store items in a cloakroom or close to the front door conveniently.”
