“Packaging was damaged on delivery but the contents were fortunately intact.”

“Children's clothes were really good value in the sale, but beware the sizes come up EXTREMELY small. My son usually wears Age 4 clothes, but everything I ordered for him is now being worn by his 22 month old brother! Also, I ordered a red fleece, which when it arrived was very definitely pink. Ordering and collecting/ returning in store were all easy.”

“Problems registering phone number. Confusing that you had to enter 44 when it was shown already shown outside the box. No hint that you enter 4 numbers in each of 4 boxes when entering the 16 digit voucher number. Thank you.”
