Brought items for my son to wear when he went to PGL great quality for the price payed. Excellent service collected from store and not problem getting a refund. I ordered in a few sizes due to reading people's comets about sizes being small.

Pretty good from start to end. There was one item that arrived which was a size that didn't appear on the website (ordered M but received S/M). Called you customer service expecting a long wait and lots of wrangling to get it changed. However, call was answered quickly, guys knew what they were talking about and didn't question getting a replacement sent out immediately (no delivery cost and refunded me the % of original delivery cost for the wrong item). Rest of order was fine and surprisingly good quality considering how inexpensive it was. Thanks!

Need to be told before you return a item in store that you would require original email so that you can be refunded the correct amount

I am totally satisfied with everything I buy from Decathlon. Great quality at great prices. I love visiting the stores when traveling in Europe but if needed, their online store is also a perfect alternative.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mistake was made in delivery; but I never expected Decathlon to manage the mistake in such a good manner. I will surely shop more regularly ONLY because customer service from Naomi was excellent.

Good customer services, returns process was different, I didn't like that I had to wait for the produces to be sent to the warehouse before I could receive my refund but then again I couldn't complain as I did receive 1.

Need to return boys swimming shorts as sizing is not accurate, ordered age 12 and they are tiny!

Great product, some weird sizing going on, had to send original back and it took a while to get a replacement delivered, but the product is superb and unbelievable value for money

I ORDERD A CROSSTRAINER IT WAS TO BE DELIVERD ON THE 15 OF JUNE BUT IT ARIVED ON THE 16 OF JUNE WICH CONTAIMD A POPUP TENT SLEEPIHG BAG SO WE WENT TO DECATLON EASTLENDS THAY APOLLAGISED AND SEID IT WILL ARIVE ON SAT OR MONDAY DID NOT ARIVE AND WE WENT BACK TO EASTLAND ON MONDAY AT 6.30 BUT NO ONE COULD HELP US TILL MABY TUSEDAY MY WIFE WIL GO BACK TO SEE IF THIS CAN BE RESOLVED BU ME PERSANALY MY FIRST ORDER WITH YOU IM NOT HAPPY YOURS W HARPER

The delivery and service is always impeccable and I could not recommend Decathlon enough. Not only their products are of excellent quality but they are innovative. Decathlon is the shop I would use first and foremost both in the UK and when I am in France. The online service is excellent and communication is superb.

hello I brought my bike Bianchi, to repair in Southampton decathlon .. I got the best result of excellent service. I want to advise all cyclists who have repair problems of a bike. I want to thank DAVID MARTIN, which from now on will be my trusted mechanic for my bike .. thank you very much ... we will see you again ...

After being posted out the wrong order TWICE i am now out of pocket for return postage and i still dont have my boots or a refund. No apology either.

I ordered my daughters birthday present 2 weeks before her birthday, Decathlon initially sent the wrong order to me and I spoke to someone who said they would send the correct one immediately which would arrive for her birthday, I got e mail confirmation of this also. I'm still waiting for this order 2 days after her birthday apparently it's only just left the warehouse today. Very, very poor service, can't review the items as I don't have them.
