“The table-tennis table we ordered was delivered promptly by a 2 man delivery service which was excellent. I am pleased that Decathlon make a point of using this particular firm. We were kept informed all through the process as to delivery dates, times ... The table was in good condition with all parts clearly packaged and labelled. There was one slight problem, a small part was missing. However a phone call to Decathlon quickly resolved this. The sales assistant I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable; she arranged for the part to be sent to us as soon as possible. I would certainly use this company again and recommend it to others.”

“I used the tent for few days with my family. It's good for the price but all straps should be stronger as I tore two of them while setting the tent.”

“I left my road bike to have the gears indexed and brakes adjusted in the Belfast branch. The bike came back in a worse state than it went in, the chain jammed straight away. I ended up having to watch Youtube videos to work on it myself so I could get out on a scheduled cycle and then leave it into another another repair shop to have it done properly. I will never be returning or trusting them with my bike again. Even used the wrong lubricant and over tightened the brakes, very poor service.”

“I ordered two items, both were marked as in stock. After the estimated delivery date approached I called customer services for an update, only to be told that one of the items was waiting stock from their European distribution centre and delivery time was unknown. So from my experience don't believe stock status on the website or expect any communication from Decathlon to inform of delays, although postage costs were refunded to compensate.”

Unfortunately we don't keep stock of all the items in our UK warehouse therefore sometimes we need to request the items from our international warehouse. “Order process was easy enough and there was a good selection of products available. Unfortunately they stuffed up the delivery - despite reassurances - and I was charged for 2 orders and neither delivery made it to me on time. Poor, poor service.”

“Bought a BTwin road bike and it was delivered really quick. Then I've ordered some accessories and spare for the bike and the delivery dates shown at the time of payment and later differed and they are being delivered 10 days after payment which is disappointing. Would've given 5 stars if delivery dates are not being changed at the back end at will without informing the buyer.”

“Really good tent. Very easy to assemble and very spacious. We bought it to protect our nine month old baby from the sun in the beach and my wife and her easily fit in it. It feels quite sturdy but it is light and easy to carry. The only minor negative is that it is slightly too big for a suitcase - at least ours. It can be fitted in but you have to bend it a bit at the risk of damaging it. I would definitely recommend it.”

“The 50kg set had a bar missing plus the wheel broke when pulling the set back to the shop to get another bar. But the set is good but will need to buy a few more weights”
