“A fantastic genuine website for sporting goods. Definitely affordable. Don't get blindsided thinking of cheap equals bad quality. Because so far I have been overall in awe at the quality of all the products that I have ordered/purchased. You can definitely say as good as the leading brand. Because I'm passionate and I guess said adios to many sporting stores due to unsatisfaction, I would highly recommend Decathlon. Hoorah I don't usually sing praises for sporting goods website but when you find one that's reliable you got to give it some praise.”

“Very helpful staff, lots of good offers and well stocked with anything you might need. Will definitely come to this shop more often. I bought 12 items, but for some reason I was charged for 13. Just before leaving the shop I asked a member of staff and the matter was resolved very quickly. So please check the number of items you are buying and how many you are charge. But overall a great experience.”

“I ordered a size 8 shoe you sent a 7.5. If you are unable to send out correct sizes you really are pretty useless. Despite showing size 8 as being available I could not exchange as you don't have them!. A complete waste of time and an unnecessary trip to the (distant) Post Office to return the goods.”

Dear Patrick, Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear you have experienced problems with your order. We looked into the cause of this error and have discovered that we have made a miscalculation with the UK & US sizing of this model. Different brands use different measurements to measure their footwear, we have applied our Decathlon branded size chart to this product which has caused the UK & US conversion to be incorrect, the EU size remains correct. We apologise profoundly for this inaccuracy and will be reporting this back to product manager to make the necessary changes so that we can avoid this occurring in the future. “I have never been able to snorkel without holding on to someone and even then I was not confident. I have just been on holiday to Barbados and used my Easybreath for the first time. All I can say is AMAZING! It has opened up a whole new experience for me. No stopping to clear my mask or feeling scared. Thank you Tribord. AMAZING!!!!!”

“Brilliant! Was abit concerned as use to a traditional mask and snorkel but had been recommended by a friend.Easy to wear and use. So comfortable. Worked well if diving down with no water leaking. Lent to someone who has had a lot of dental work and unable to use traditional snorkel, they were thrilled and ordered one that day! Husband also borrowed it and has now ordered his own.You won't be disappointed”

“Brought a bike from your store in branksome Poole yesterday 15/05/16 the person did a 30 seconded check and said the bike was all ok when we got it home the tyres were flat the gears did not totally engage and the brakes squealed not a good check after spending £159 we thought it would be road worthy when you purchase it”

“There is a lot I like about using Decathlon online. The range of goods is wide, they are excellent value for money and made accessible when like me you live far from a store. They process their orders reasonably quickly, and most importantly they give an option of carriers, a choice which matters to me because some are less convenient than others. However, in my experience Decathlon let themselves down when it comes to processing returns. I have had to return two items on two different occasions and each time resulted in such a long delay in their warehouse acknowledging my return that I have had to email and call them before my return order could be processed.”
