“Bought a BTwin road bike and it was delivered really quick. Then I've ordered some accessories and spare for the bike and the delivery dates shown at the time of payment and later differed and they are being delivered 10 days after payment which is disappointing. Would've given 5 stars if delivery dates are not being changed at the back end at will without informing the buyer.”

“Really good tent. Very easy to assemble and very spacious. We bought it to protect our nine month old baby from the sun in the beach and my wife and her easily fit in it. It feels quite sturdy but it is light and easy to carry. The only minor negative is that it is slightly too big for a suitcase - at least ours. It can be fitted in but you have to bend it a bit at the risk of damaging it. I would definitely recommend it.”

“The 50kg set had a bar missing plus the wheel broke when pulling the set back to the shop to get another bar. But the set is good but will need to buy a few more weights”

“After placing my order for a Quechuo camping shower on 20th May I have received it on 21st May 2016. My first impression of the shower I am very impressed. Haven`t had a chance to use camping yet, but have used in the house and am very happy with the product. I have used Decathlon for previous products and have always be more than happy with their service. But, after a turn around of only 1 day on my most recent purchase I am more than happy, and will certainly be visiting this site again”

“A fantastic genuine website for sporting goods. Definitely affordable. Don't get blindsided thinking of cheap equals bad quality. Because so far I have been overall in awe at the quality of all the products that I have ordered/purchased. You can definitely say as good as the leading brand. Because I'm passionate and I guess said adios to many sporting stores due to unsatisfaction, I would highly recommend Decathlon. Hoorah I don't usually sing praises for sporting goods website but when you find one that's reliable you got to give it some praise.”

“Very helpful staff, lots of good offers and well stocked with anything you might need. Will definitely come to this shop more often. I bought 12 items, but for some reason I was charged for 13. Just before leaving the shop I asked a member of staff and the matter was resolved very quickly. So please check the number of items you are buying and how many you are charge. But overall a great experience.”
