“I was very pleased with the speed in which my order was delivered. However very disappointed with the amount of time it took for a refund to be processed and the fact that returns are at the cost of the customer. When you are returning bulky item such as wellingtons this can be very costly.”

“Delivery was fast, bike arrived ok without any scratches or damage. The only disappointment and quite a big one was a quick release wheel. I have purchased a BTWIN Mountain bike for my daughter. Andrea”

“I am delighted to have discovered Decathlon. I have purchased many items of clothing from this site, including shorts, leggings, tops and a jacket. All pieces have exceeded my expectations and the quality and value have ensured I have become a (frequently) returning customer. “Prompt service . My son is very pleased with the quality of the running jumpers which I bought him. The sizing seems quite generous for women's items eg I probably should have ordered a "small" rather than the" medium" sized yoga top.”

“Delivery was fine but the returns process was unclear and on both occasions staff were unable to complete my return without calling a manager to help. Would not order online again based on this experience although it may have just been the Reading branch that don't understand the returns process.”

“I have purchase on line and in store. Overall quality is very good, and good value for money. With respect to the sports shoes it would be good to see a few more brands”

“There are not offers too often that is what I miss. In Europe there are lots of 3for 2 deals or buy one get the second one for 50% cheaper.”

“Excellent value on all my items. There was a shortage of children's cycling wear in the 9 to 12 years age when we visited so it is wise to check what is in store if there is something specific you want. About a year ago we bought a b twin Triban 5 racing bike for my son who was in 10 years old and we have been very pleased with it excellent value for money still looks good still winning races”

“Worst service ever, not only did they send my order to someone else, then they were unable to rectify there mistake and reorder and deliver in time for daughters birthday. Had to request a full refund, which was a painful process aswell.”
