“I ordered shimano road cycle cleats on line on Friday night and they were ready to collect on Sunday. I walked in the shop and they were there ready for me to collect. I was back on my bike Monday morning. You can't get better than that. A1 service from Decathlon.”

“I recently came in to the surray quays store to buy a skateboard and a scooter for both my boys and u was showing 2in stock when I ask the staff to look cause it mite of been missed place they just said no we don't have it so I just order it online I'm a sales person my self so on my experience it was very poor even ask a manager there and he wasn't helpful as well i was spenting over two hundred pound and no one out of 3-4 people wanted to help.”

“Please stop children from using the scooters at fast speeds throughout the store. Staff are very helpful and cheerful considering the airless atmosphere. Very happy with the products we purchased but the online website led us to believe that many products would be visible in-store, which turned out to be wrong. Pricing is very good and encourages buying more than we need!”

“Reliable, innovative and high quality products at very competitive prices. Excellent customer services,...... the staff clearly want to work at Decathlon and want to help you while you are in the shop even when you don't know what you want .... (Surrey Quays) ... they are so consistently nice that its . ... well a bit weird .... lol .... ;-) ... but I can't help going back time and time again :-)”

“Nothing extra-ordinary. Rather inconvenient in that if you pay online with Amex, they cannot make any refunds on your Amex card in store. Nothing to do with online, but the physical store is seriously understaffed so if you click and collect, it takes forever to collect and if you should need to make a return then you are there for an eternity.”

“Excellent service for my first order and very fast delivery. My second order which was bigger seemed to be a problem and one item showing in stock was holding up delivery. Once removed the items were delivered next day. Have since placed another order.”
