“Bike was the wrong size. Decathlon organised the collection and replacement at no charge. Slightly delayed but very impressed with customer service and ease of exchange.”

“Bought a set of ski gear for my son. Products were excellent , great value for money and looked great (according to my son!) . One of the items wasn't in stock so we ordered online and it came in double quick time. V impressed and are planning to go back for our Xmas ski trip this year.”

“Excellent value for money and only gave me little blisters and I get gigantic blisters from Clark's shoes etc so I was so pleased! (I did Duke Of Edinburgh in them) However they're not waterproof, but can't complain for the money I paid!”

“The customer service experience was the worst ever. Apart from the delivery service that just does not delivery stuff. I called to know where to find a Decathlon near the area I am living in, and surprise they told that there was none near E14 0SR.....You have one near Canary Wahrf. Then I ordered online a simple bagpack, and not getting it in the time frame you said, with no news till I contacted you...but contacting you it is not a quick-response experience. Three days to get an answer back from customer service just to say that you will delivery the bag in four days. Now I understand why Decathlon is not famous in UK, and even more with the bad press that you are getting from me. Evenmore when after all of this happended noone contacted me to know about the delivery, or my experience.”
