“Reliable, innovative and high quality products at very competitive prices. Excellent customer services,...... the staff clearly want to work at Decathlon and want to help you while you are in the shop even when you don't know what you want .... (Surrey Quays) ... they are so consistently nice that its . ... well a bit weird .... lol .... ;-) ... but I can't help going back time and time again :-)”

“Nothing extra-ordinary. Rather inconvenient in that if you pay online with Amex, they cannot make any refunds on your Amex card in store. Nothing to do with online, but the physical store is seriously understaffed so if you click and collect, it takes forever to collect and if you should need to make a return then you are there for an eternity.”

“Excellent service for my first order and very fast delivery. My second order which was bigger seemed to be a problem and one item showing in stock was holding up delivery. Once removed the items were delivered next day. Have since placed another order.”

“Bought a set of ski gear for my son. Products were excellent , great value for money and looked great (according to my son!) . One of the items wasn't in stock so we ordered online and it came in double quick time. V impressed and are planning to go back for our Xmas ski trip this year.”
