“Very quick delivery of item purchased. Unfortunately I had to send it back and get an alternative. Staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Very easy to return goods and the post was paid. Very impressed.”

“I have bought a BTwin road bike and it is an awesome value for the price and great performances on the road. So light and easy-handle but tiny noisy when shift gears but does not create any problem. Well choice by Decathlon”

“I ordered size 8.5 football boots, when processed the order displayed size 5. Website error. Despite that the size was not in stock so I cancelled the initial order. I ordered a 2nd pair of size 8.5 copa mundial, and when I received the order I was sent size 8 which I then had to return to the store. Very disappointed and as a result will no longer shop at decathlon.”

“Discovered Decathlon while holidaying in Spain a few years ago. Great priced cycle kit, and great quality. At the time they were new to the UK, but their presence here is greater now, and the website excellent. I bought incorrectly sized cycle shorts (my mistake) and I received my replacements in no time. Highly recommended, great value, great service.”
