“it's a great item and i got it for a bargain in the sale, quick delivery and does what it says. took a few goes to understand how it works but was pretty easy without having to read instructions. handy little item and does feel like you've had a moderate workout, good for busy mums or when the weather is less than inviting. fun to do around the kids, on a private balcony or garden or in front of tv. i wear additional ankle and wrist weights for a better workout plus it helps me load the steps for easier movement as a lighter person could find it a bit difficult to push steps down. a good buy , i'm happy with my purchase.”

“Very good transaction altogether. I bought two items online and selected the click and collect option. Items arrived at the shop in very good time. I then returned one item for which I received a prompt refund for. I received email communications throughout. “Very good customer service and value for money but when the wetsuits arrived they were very small sizes I would recommend going to years above what you think you need ! I have also contacted customer services but I week on and I have not yet had a response !”

“Firstly my product of Rollerblades arrived and was 3 sizes bigger then I ordered. Then when I returned them which meant travelling half an hour to find a store. Which was the Watford store to find out I couldn't exchange for a new pair because they didn't store Rollerblades which is fair enough but I returned my Rollerblades at the end of March and still have not received my refund and have sent numerous email and done numerous phone calls to chase this. The manager in Watford phoned me which was the only good service I had. But still no refund and it's may! Awful.”
