“Very prompt delivery, goods packaged well. I was pleased to be able to find an outdoor coat in my size GB 22. Most manufacturers stop at size 18/20. Many thanks”

“The product you sold was impossible to assemble - had the wrong instructions and missing parts. When I phoned your customer services to try and get missing parts I was told it was nothing to do with decathlon - eve although you sold it>”

“There is a great range of quality products under one roof. We always leave with more than we needed! My son has had the same style of trainers for 3 years, he loves them! But please, please, please open a store in Kent!!”

“A poor man's sports direct. The only positive point is that even the stockport chavs won't be caught dead wearing their badly fitting poorly styled clothes. Lots of staff roaming around watching youtube videos on their phones with each other but no-one on the tills. Their tents aren't waterproof had one in the lakes last week leaked at the seams. AVOID.”

“I liked how I could send back a return I had quite easily and have it exchanged for no additional cost. Although it would be better if there were clearer sizes of clothing in the first place. I am tall gentleman with long legs so when buying something like Jodhpurs there is really no way that I could have known which size would have been appropriate for me given the current sizing systems you use.”

“Clothes are always good prices and high quality. The returns service is easy and exchanges are sent out speedily. Very good all round. Never had any issues. Only improvement would be to have clothes worn by a model and then a 'model is 5"6 and is wearing size Small' which would help people select correct sizes because S,M,L is often very hard to judge.”
