“Great price's but let down by a very slow service Was more then happy with the items I got from Decathlon and the price I paid! But they are very slow. If you don't mind a week or two wait then I recommend them the prices really do make up for it. Me myself I will use again.”

“Ordered two items, one of which was required urgently. A longer than usual standard delivery of 5 working days. email received to confirm delivery and estimated delivery date. Waited in for order on designated day no order arrived. Spent ages finding a number to call and chase order. Was kept waiting ages on the phone and eventually told part of my order was now not available. Why let me order it in the first place? This also slowed down the despatch of the first part of my order. No compensation was offered and I was dealt with by an indifferent and unhelpful Customer Services Rep. My postage was eventually refunded. This is only my second time of using Decathalon online and on both occasions it has failed to deliver both my order and the level of customer satisfaction I expected. Come on Decathalon - come of age and improve your online services.”

“I like the value for money if must of the products. Especially bathing suits, swimming goggles, horse riding equipment..... Some sports could seriously benefit from a broader offer (dance) What I have experienced and that must be improved: 3 successive errors at the tlll, all in Decathlon's favour.....total difference of over 50 pounds and yet, no apology! Shipping costs are way too expensive within Scotland.”

“I simply love decathlon! They truly have quality products for amazing price. And when i say quality i mean i bought their hiking shoes for £30 - and hiked on glacier in deep snow for 5 hours - they did amazing while my friend's 'brand' boots were soaking wet. This is just example of how actually GOOD are their products considering the price. i have a lot of them from backpack, tent, jacket, different shoes. winter leggings (AMAZING), suitcase, sleeping bags - i could go on - all super good and cheap. The only thing i would change is returns - i bought online a jacket which doesn't fit - i have to go all the way to decathlon now or pay return fee. That could be improved.. but over all - AMAZING”

“I gave 3 stars as I know how decathlon stores can be, I m French. The store we use in Edinburgh is a bit small. Decathlon is the only multisport store we can find here in Scotland, with sportdirect. I know the products decathlon sell can be sold better than what we can find in sportdirect. But You need to give more choice to the public, and get to get known by more people. We had to order on the website quite a few things that we knew we would not find in store, and I have to get back to France to find my sport bra for example as they can t be find here and it s a shame. Believe in your product range and your prices. Another thing at Edinburgh store. There is no welcoming point, so we have to get in the queue to get our items bought on the website, go try them if needed and then wait again to give back what we Don t need (as sizes are different on the website, I m never sure about sizes, so always buy 2). Things are way simpler with a welcoming point. There are much more sport stores in France and decathlon is the best, there is almost nothing here, so you should make it!!”

“I bought a B Twin bicycle from Decathlon a couple of years ago, they are fantastic value for money cycles compared with the competition. Decathlon would be my first place to look for a replacement. Staff are always very helpful.”

“Completed an order online ready for my skiing holiday, after next day delivery was confirmed, to then find my parcel wasn't arriving until the following week. I had to make a very last minute purchase elsewhere and will never shop at Decathlon again. Very distressing.”
