“Item ordered arrived quickly and is very nice. I have ordered from Decathlon in the past ( I do know the company as I am French) and I have never been disappointed in their products. Excellent quality and value!”

“I use white polo shirts for work, and they always end up being well worn. I use the ones from Decathlon as they'll send them to me. Wow, what a service.”

“I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but can't say I had any problems. Delivery was fast, and returns/replacement process was efficient (size was incorrect). Good service.”

“Bike was assembled quickly but needed readjusting considerably after they hand it on to me. They did not ask me to try it to do final adjustments so I had to do them when I got home.”

“The bike that I order via your shop in Wondsworth in London (to pick up there) was infact sent to Scotland...I am still waiting for that after almost 10 days, nopw I receive an email that my order is cancelled...”

“Ordered size 8.5 football boots and size 9 boots were delivered. Had a football match the next day so I had to use the size 9 boots. Contacted decathlon to be told to send them back. I had to wear the boots the next day so this wasn't possible. Not the greatest customer service. A size 8.5 boots should have been sent as a good will gesture.”
