“I was really happy with how the staff helped me order my treadmill and also how they helped when i came back to collect it ...nothing was to much trouble for them.”

“Website OK - Order Process OK - Delivery confirmation a bit disjointed - it gets handed over to DX2 and hangs in limbo for a few days before any dates are discussed - Delivery date confirmed - OK BUT The wrong item was picked so I declined the delivery Replacements were ordered and a token 10% was automatically offered. A week later the correct goods arrived and the goods are very good. No refund yet though:)”

“Very impressed - good website, quick delivery. One item arrived broken but return postage was paid and although the return took a while to process the new item was sent. Quality of the goods we purchased seems excellent for the price. All in all, very pleased and happy to recommend.”

“Went to the store, right at the start of the cricket season when all the kids need kitting out for a term of school cricket. Waste of a journey. Nothing, but nothing, for young cricketers. Absolutely no cricket kit whatsoever for my small 10 year old. No trousers, no box, no box pants, no batting gloves, no pads, no wicket gloves, no helmet. Call yourself a specialist sports shop! What's going on?”

“I have had 2 bikes from Decathlon. The products have both been of high quality and delivery has been prompt and pricing has been very reasonable in comparison to similar products available elsewhere. Their customer service has been very good as well. My £5 vouchers had expired but they agreed to extend them for my next purchase. Very impressed with their service and product quality.”

“Ordering online was pretty easy and quick. Searching for cleats proved a little tricky . Possibly linking cleats to each cycling shoe may make the process much easier.”

“The order arrived late with no reason given. All I received was an email saying the order had been delayed. The size of the items did not match the description and were too small. The order was sent without a delivery note, so when I tried to return the order at a shop, I was told they couldn't give me the money I paid, only the current price, which was 10 times lower. The reason was, because, despite having the order number, the system couldn't see the actual price paid. I don't know if this is true, or if the person at the till didn't have a clue. I will think twice before ordering from Decathlon again.”

“My first and only order was for a watetproof jacket. It took 10 days to deliver to the pick up point and I had to ask Decathlon where it was. I did suggest that they email the cudtomer to inform them that the item is ready to collect (pretty basic IMHO) but they ignored that suggestion. Not impressed and will not use Decathlon again”
