“Good childrens ski pant but the sizing is way off. Bought 7-8 for my (just) 8 year old daughter and they were HUGE. Even with the adjustable leg there was just too much length. Will get her 5-6 yrs and she is average in size.”

“The description of the colours on your website is not very clear! When buying for a boy, I need to know if something is orange or pink - it happened with one of the fleece colours which said coral... in the end I phoned in, and they passed me on a number of a shop and then the person said it was ok for a boy, so I did buy it! but was far from ideal! A wider colour selection in children's fleeces would be great!! All the rest is good - except that the children's Wedze ski helmets never fit properly... Quality of all items we have bought over the last two years has been very good. Will definitely keep coming back.”

“Good selection & prices for everyone. Sometimes trying to find someone not busy to help is a problem as is the language barrier at times. Would help if all the staff had an idea about the sizes in British as this has been a problem in past. Otherwise everything good.”

“Overall happy with service and product. One small point - incorrect format for entering phone number. Forgotten exact problem now but it wouldn't take my mobile no as 00 44 7......., I think I had to put the 0 before the 7 which clearly you don't expect to do and it took a few goes to work that out!”

“The staff at Surrey quays tried very hard to find what we wanted but as it was a summer item and we were shopping in November it was not in stock. However they helped us order it in store online with a promise it would be there the following morning. AND IT WAS! IMPRESSIVE.. WELL DONE DECATHLON.”
