“Look and fit great. Excellent for cold weather - obviously, if your hands are cold, those gloves won't make them warmer, but will definitely keep the same temperature. I am definitely going to buy another pair, just in case! Nice to have another pair of good quality gloves.”

“Was good to start with, ordered online came quickly, wrong size (advised by your staff as sizing chart wasn't working), ordered more online to collect from store, took wrong size ones back to the shop all good collected one pair of new ones, then it goes bad as I'm still waiting for a pair to be delivered to store been a month now and I've paid for them. Been busy recently and was going to wait a month. It now I need to start chasing up. Or alternatively it should have been picked up by decathlon and a explanation given.”

“Your website defaults delivery to click and collect and auto selects the first store in the list. If you miss that fact that it has automatically selected this delivery method you can easily have your goods sent to a store 100s of miles from you. The site should not auto fill delivery/click and collect, it should make the buyer select.”

“My first order.....shipped wrong size 12-13 years and I ordered age 14, goods have mark on sleeve. Looks like I have received some ones damaged return item. I now have to find a way of printing of a return invoice and taking back to store, Would not order from them again”

“Had a problem with snorkel part of mask, no problem says them and sent me a replacement mask and snorkel to my son who posted it onto me in NZ as we are there for an extended holiday. Will be getting back in touch to find out how to send back the original one soon.”
