“Wanted to get a larger ski jacket at short notice, as daughter going away in a week for ski season, but sold out online, rang head office who advised me which stores had the jacket. My local store then contacted these stores for me and got the jacket in within 2 days. Fabulous service, can't thank them enough”

“I bought some cycle gloves and overtrousers to send to my son. They arrived quicker than gloves sent first class through Royal Mail! The winter gloves were great for him but, as soon as it got to November temperatures these winter gloves were not warm enough to stop my fingers freezing on the bike!”

“I ordered trainers online to be collected in store. The website was easy to use and the cost of the products can't be faulted and were very good. The only let down was the service and attitude of the staff in store. To say he was moody and abrupt is the understatement. He acted like I was an inconvenience, shame as otherwise the process was spot on.”
