“My only comment would be that the box had been opened prior to delivery. Having said that, the children's bicycle was there intact as were the couple of extras items which I had also purchased.”

“Every went very smooth. The only thing I would say is that I bought a Hamax bike seat and it turns out that some models come with lockable fastening bracket and some not. That was a bit unclear in the website and I was surprised to discover that the bracket was not lockable.”

“I found yur service good but when I ordered I thought the item was being delivered to my home address. I was very surprised that you said I could collect it from Southampton. Fortunately I was crossing from the Island and visiting Poole in Dorset so I was ab le to collect it.”

“The quality is good and didn't take too long to set up. The delivery company wasn't satisfactory however and we were very disappointed with their service. Part of delivery was missing, attempts to get through to find out what had happened was difficult, was then promised phone call which didn't happen, to then have to wait in again for next delivery which was late as well. Poor service overall. Sorry Decathlon, product good..delivery unsatisfactory.”

“Would have been 5 star but shoes I purchased online for £30 came up as £10 in store, but obviously no stock in store. Other than that, my review is that the staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful, the store is well laid out and altogether I would recommend Decathlon.”
