“I find this app very useful for recording routes and stats. I haven't gone too in depth into the whole app as I have just started running in the last three months, but I'm sure as I get into the sport more, the app will become even more of a useful tool.”

“Delivery was good and early. Online shopping was easy but problems with sizing. The online size was for size nine UK, but on arrival all the foreign sizes were correct but the shoes were size EIGHT UK but as 1 am a size EIGHT and half they fitted be it snuggly and decided they would do..”

“Initially visited your local store at Croydon, about one hours drive for me, expecting to buy a bike and come away with it. The bike I wanted was not on show, perhaps I should of phoned first. Purchased the bike online but was not sure about size so I asked and was told that I needed a medium(M). The bike arrived promptly but was much too big mainly due to the length of saddle receiving tube above the crossbar, about 130mm. Contacted your office and was told I needed an extra small(XS) and as there was not one in the country it would take a week. Original bike collected and returned within one day and new one arrived in four days. I have now been fitted for the bike by a local cycle mechanic and am pleased with my purchase. P.S. My wife recently purchased a Specialized bike and I assumed that the gear change method would be the same on mine. On my first ride I was going downhill in a high gear approaching an up hill and tried to change down using the gear lever but found I was stuck in the high gear. Again I phoned and was told to take the bike to a local bike shop to resolve the problem and you would reimburse me. I took the bike to the shop and the mechanic put the bike on the stand and immediately changed down, no charge. He explained that SRAM method was different to the SHIMANO where one shifts the brake lever to change down! It's been fine since.”

“Great Store, products and staff but terrible phone system! had received a call to confirm tennis racquet string type and tension and when I called back got into a loop system. No matter what extension I dialled it brought me back to the main automated switch board. I now have no idea what strings and what tension was fitted. I visited the store to attempt to communicate directly and when the front desk tried to contact the stringing section they had exactly the same problem with the phone system as I had. Even if i could have left a message for the stringer, that would have helped. I am sure with the right desire you can fix this simple but frustrtating problem.”
