“Many of your customers from many countries do not have Decathlon stores ... and you do not you offer international shipping service and shipping companies intermediate cost us a lot of money as well as require that stick genuine bills with the product and you do not you provide this ??????”

“A good company to deal with a vast selection of products at reasonable prices was a bit disappointed with the web service as it took about a week for my order to arrive at store which is very poor compared to other online companies ordering similar products”

“The table tennis table was, in itself, excellent. However it suffered a rough delivery and arrived with battered corners of the packaging. Luckily the table corners were themselves undamaged. The package itself appears to have fallen over during transit and the longitudinal metal supports were slightly bent. Fortunately, the table surface appears to be unaffected. So sales service and product were first class but be careful to check deliveries for damage.”

“Easy to order and collect. Good products and good variety to choose from with good value. The only set back is 2 further emails to ask me to collect the goods even within 3 days when I have already collected them!”

“The trousers are all too short, both men's and women's (I tried the men's as well). The jacket I purchased is brilliant, lightweight warm and well cut ( shaped for women, longer at back), the colours could be better but overall I love it. The online order to store was convenient as was returning the wrong size. All shop staff were helpful. The products are good quality.”

“Unfortunately my Comfort bicycle was delivered minus the control console, which caused a delay in assembling it. However, your people were kind in sourcing and supplying one separately, so now the apparatus is in full working order and giving great satisfaction.”
