“After placing an online order, and given the estimated delivery of 3-5 working days, to me i say it'll be here within a week. 2 weeks later, still nothing. I had contacted the online team, regarding this issue, to be told that they had a problem with tracking orders through their system, and that they will try and find all orders that had been placed. Few days later, i still hadn't been updated about their issue. Anyway, after all that I had to send another email asking what is happening, and whether my products are in stock or not? Then if it was in that case, then I could order a alternative product. Considering i must have waited about 3-4 weeks for this to be resolved, I finally received my order :D Which was perfect. For the inconveince caused during this, i was refunded my postage costs, and also a £10 voucher to use online on in store. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you :)”

“I have found my waterproof trainers to keep out the wet, wear comfortably and last long, so I bought a similar pair 3 years later. I would prefer less gaudy colours.”

“The shoes are nice - they fit well, are comfortable on long rides and look good! Power transfer is better than my old shoes too. The one gripe I have is the packaging and they way they were delivered. These are Decathlons' top of the range shoes, and they arrived in a sealed up plastic bag! No protective box, no care instructions, no info about the closure system or part numbers for repair/replacement if that goes wrong (if it even can be repaired?). Checked with Customer Services, who seemed to just check the same web page I had, and said that this was how they are. Not exactly great!”

“I made an order ,then saw it cancelled for no obvious reason giving me some concern that my card had been declined (which would have been a complete surprise ) . Subsequently after I had failed to work out what had gone wrong I decided to try again and had my Items , which are hard to find in this country delivered without a hitch and quite swiftly , so all was well , well done decathalon”

“Durable, well designed clothing, eminently suitable for the purpose and always an excellent fit. As an extra small size adult, I appreciate the range. However, I would like to see an expansion in the range of colours”

“The web site was easy to navigate and, once I'd found the category of goods in which I was interested, there was plenty of information to help with the choice. Notification for Click and Collect at my local store was very prompt - in fact, ahead of the date specified when my order was confirmed. The only reason that I couldn't give a 'Very Good' rating was that, although I sent my husband with my ID and e-mail about collection because I was busy and we were about to go away for a few days, there was no mention anywhere on the confirmation of my surname. As a result, the staff almost refused to hand over the goods!”

“The mobile version of the webpage doesn't always work well. Desktop version sometimes have issues on the checkout when the delivery method has to be chosen. I made mistake and chose to deliver to the shop, it was difficult to change that to delivery by email. Other then that, I enjoyed online shopping and definately I will visit you again. Regards”

“Overall, a very good service. But not very impressed with the store itself I collected from. It was a bit of a mess, looked like it had been set up in a hurry and as though it had to all be taken down in a hurry too. Like a temporary shop that takes over an empty shop without any shop fitting. Uneven concrete floor being most notable.”
