“I ordered a couple of packable jackets for my husband and myself, mine came the perfect size and fit, but his was too tight, never mind I sent it back for the next size up, a week later it arrived and still too small, aaahhhh! I emailed the customer service team, explaining that I had misunderstood their men's sizing and needed to return the item yet again, they kindly sent me a postage paid sticker and the item was returned. A week later I had not had a replacement, I called, spoke to a lovely person at customer service who smoothly resolved the situation, arranged for the the replacement jacket and a couple of days later it arrived and fits well, hooray! What I would like to say is that the customer service I received was outstanding, and the products are good value too, thank you Decathlon, I will be back ????????????????????????????”

“The gymnastics and karate clothing I have ordered from Decathlon so far have been brilliant quality, and the prices are less than half of what I would expect. Delivery has always been fast. I'm very impressed all round,and will always check Decathlon first when I need sporting goods now.”

“I ordered a road bike front wheel reduced from £44 to £27.99. Previous reviewers said to be cautious because they said they had been sent the £25 Triban wheel. Decathlon said they were sorting out the stock issue. Sure enough when I went to collect my wheel it was the Triban wheel but without the spindle (which it has instore for the £25). So I was being grossly overcharged and sold the wrong product, Staff were helpful but it all took time (to get a refund) and my entire trip was wasted. They tried to order the wheel I should have received but have not got back in touch with me. It has been taken of the website. Very poor experience all round.”
