Very poor delivery service and follow up. I order a tennis table 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to get it delivered on April 27th between 10am and 1pm. On delivery day I received a message lately in the afternoon mentioning the delivery could not happen that day and would be rescheduled. I finally called the carrier company on Saturday to get an update. I was told the delivery would take place the following Wednesday ie : yesterday. I called again and did not get any specific update apart from the fact the carrier company would call Decathlon to re arrange a dispatch. I also called Decathlon customer service to mention I was concerned by not getting any update on delivery. By the end of the afternoon Decathlon customer service advised they could not reach the carrier company. So far no news... I am still waiting for a feedback. I will probably cancel my order in the next 2 days.

Very sarcastic with the response no intention to help. And have me go all the way to stockport as they cant send right screws and bolts for equipment...

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Ordered a table tennis table for delivery. Waited in all day didn't turn up on designated delivery day. No customer service or follow up. Promised again for "within a couple of weeks"...call from customer services finally "table has been discontinued". New table and delivery date set. Waited in all day. No delivery. Called delivery company..."it will definitely come today just late". No delivery. Called decathlon "we'll sort it out for delivery today". No call to confirm. I called decathlon "it will come today" call from delivery company "we'll deliver it next week"....giving up at this point. The whole experience is incredibly negative, upsetting and wearing.

The product you sold was impossible to assemble - had the wrong instructions and missing parts. When I phoned your customer services to try and get missing parts I was told it was nothing to do with decathlon - eve although you sold it>

A poor man's sports direct. The only positive point is that even the stockport chavs won't be caught dead wearing their badly fitting poorly styled clothes. Lots of staff roaming around watching youtube videos on their phones with each other but no-one on the tills. Their tents aren't waterproof had one in the lakes last week leaked at the seams. AVOID.

I had a text from DHL yesterday 04/05/16 informing me of delivery but unfortunately nothing was forthcoming though I waited in all day. Still waiting for my delivery. Barry Gatward.

Ordered two items, one of which was required urgently. A longer than usual standard delivery of 5 working days. email received to confirm delivery and estimated delivery date. Waited in for order on designated day no order arrived. Spent ages finding a number to call and chase order. Was kept waiting ages on the phone and eventually told part of my order was now not available. Why let me order it in the first place? This also slowed down the despatch of the first part of my order. No compensation was offered and I was dealt with by an indifferent and unhelpful Customer Services Rep. My postage was eventually refunded. This is only my second time of using Decathalon online and on both occasions it has failed to deliver both my order and the level of customer satisfaction I expected. Come on Decathalon - come of age and improve your online services.

Completed an order online ready for my skiing holiday, after next day delivery was confirmed, to then find my parcel wasn't arriving until the following week. I had to make a very last minute purchase elsewhere and will never shop at Decathlon again. Very distressing.

Went to the store, right at the start of the cricket season when all the kids need kitting out for a term of school cricket. Waste of a journey. Nothing, but nothing, for young cricketers. Absolutely no cricket kit whatsoever for my small 10 year old. No trousers, no box, no box pants, no batting gloves, no pads, no wicket gloves, no helmet. Call yourself a specialist sports shop! What's going on?

The order arrived late with no reason given. All I received was an email saying the order had been delayed. The size of the items did not match the description and were too small. The order was sent without a delivery note, so when I tried to return the order at a shop, I was told they couldn't give me the money I paid, only the current price, which was 10 times lower. The reason was, because, despite having the order number, the system couldn't see the actual price paid. I don't know if this is true, or if the person at the till didn't have a clue. I will think twice before ordering from Decathlon again.

The bike that I order via your shop in Wondsworth in London (to pick up there) was infact sent to Scotland...I am still waiting for that after almost 10 days, nopw I receive an email that my order is cancelled...

I ordered fishing bait, a I had a problem, so I complain and their was not. Helpful at first, then their reoreder my bait I got the new bait and I had the same problem. My dad orders me things to, and there seem to some sort of problem with it, and the customer service do sort it but I feel their don't take me seriously. I will now never buy from you again

Received my order but was to big so sent it back with all the correct paperwork as the site said and asked for a smaller size sent out. 2 month later still not received my item and no reply to my emails either so shell not be using again

Ordered two bikinis which I picked up from the store. Wrong sizes sent. Assistant simply shrugged and didn't offer any apology or solution. Not impressed.
