“I don't usually order on line but as the cross trainer was heavy to carry home I decided to order, delivery was free and delivered as promised also very friendly, product better than the reviews, well done.”

“I have been a fan of Decathlon for years from trips to France. I was delighted to find a branch in Southampton and picked up some great value kit for me and my kids. I managed to leave my glasses in the store by accident but they were picked up by staff and returned to me by post as I live in North Devon. A big thank you to Becky in Southampton for sorting that out for me - she even texted me to let me know my glasses were on their way! Amazing service which will ensure I return.”

“I had a problem with a piece of exercise equipment that I had purchased a couple of years ago. I contacted the customer service team for advice on how to get a repair done ( I understood that the warranty had expired). The customer service team were excellent - after a few enquires they organised collection of the faulty machine and delivery of a replacement. Overall I would rate the communication and response of the customer service team as outstanding!”

“I usually buy hiking,climbing and alpinism goods. Consistently good products with excellent customer service. I find the higher priced range stands up really well to much more expensive brands. Wish there was a larger store close to me. The Wandsworth branch has a limited range.”
