“I am a newbie to online shopping, my wife told me to get on with it if I wanted the coat I had chosen, chose to click and collect, it was in store 1 day early. The whole process was so easy.”

“I still didn't receive my order. Regarding email I received from you I supposed to recive it next day. 'We have great news for you! Your order DCUK2613337 has now been dispatched and will be delivered the next working day by 6pm. ' My order is still in transit. I'm not happy with that. Regards. Agnieszka Dlugosz”

“There was a problem with my delivery as the collection point box had broken down. I had ordered trainers for my daughters birthday so when I couldnt pick them up I phoned Decathlon and they arranged delivery of another pair free of charge to my house. My daughter got her shoes on the day. I got a text from the delivery box company yesterday to say the box was now mended -one month too late but not Decathlon's fault”

“The boots I purchased were something I have been looking for and having received them Very Fast indeed was over the moon with them,I am an Archer and my passion is Field Archery,these boots are the best thing I have worn in a long time,high leg so the sneaky brambles cannot get under and give you a painful scratch or when going across water they keep that stuff out as they are also waterproof,and if it gets cold they are lined so that your feet don`t feel like ice cubes at the end of the day,easy to wash off and ready to go again,these boots really are made for walking around the Archery Course they were totally first class and whether its mud,brambles,or cold they come out of it with flying colors,I shall be going back to Decathlon for some very nifty clothing to go with them,and Christmas is just around the corner,now,where`s that present list of mine.”
