“I have purchased a tennis personal coach over the internet and it is no different than any other website. Delivery was very good but after facing problems, I went to the store and it was great to deal with customer service. The low score is because I had problems with the system and have reported, received reference numbers and, more than a week later, no reply. This makes your customer service a shambles in my opinion.”

“The jacket I bought for my son looks great. He says it is very warm and comfortable (and he is fussy with clothes!) He is 11 years old but I went for the next size up as I sometimes find Decathlons size guide a little on the small side. The price for the jacket is very cheap but the quality was very, very good. I would definitely recommend this jacket.”

“I was sent a message to say the parcel was at my selected pick up point, but when I went to collect it the following day it was back at the depot and due to be delivered the following day, which it was. Otherwise it was a good experience.”

“I ordered two jackets and two bags. The jackets are in excellent condition and they fit my Daughters perfectly. I only received one of two bags, but on contacting Decathlon they immediately resolved the problem. The customer service and the products received are excellent!”
