“Initially had difficulties placing the order on the website due to not being able to complete the address after a few attempts it suddenly let me complete. After that the order arrived quickly and e mails kept me informed of progress”

“Ordered some flip flops on the 17th Nov. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. No emails. Went into store to ask about order to be told that it was probably held up in France. Then on 6th Dec receive an email saying my refund has been processed. No explanation as to why. Lucky I didn't need the item urgently. Won't use again.”
