“My only criticism of this company is that late in the year I was attempting to buy a product that was out of stock. The website has an email reminder for when it is back in stock. It either does not work or nobody bothers to check it as I was never advised when the item was available and it was pure fluke that I checked the site again.”

“I had an issue with my purchase and was asked to provide photos which I did. Since then I have emailed several times to be told the pictures have not been received. I have resent the pictures and asked for a confirmation email and no reply. I have also emailed to ask if it would help if I emailed the pictures to another address. I am repeatedly ignored and fobbed off.”

“easy ordering and collection. the only negative point I would say was that there wasnt much detailed information on the product on the website. i ordered boots for a toddler and as sizes vary, I would have liked to have proper measurements to be able to compare them but couldn't find them on the website.”

“After 58 years, I have learned to swim so I was recommended one of your snorkel masks and WOW, it was great. I snorkelled for the first time and loved it. I have bought another one for my son for Christmas and when I can afford it, I will buy my own from your company. I have recommended you to several people.”

“Bought a replacement outdoor cover for out table tennis table. The price, buying process and delivery were excellent. However the cover has only been on the table for about 2 weeks and already on of the elasticated straps has broken meaning the cover blows off whenever there is a gust of wind. Am looking at how I can repair it myself as I don't want to go through the hassle of trying to return it.”
