“What can I say? I thought the website had very little descriptive information about the item I wanted (Rugby armour) but I knew the product from other write-ups and the price was much cheaper than elsewhere. The delivery was incredibly fast (standard charge but must have been via courier) as I ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the following morning. So my experience with Decathlon has been entirely positive.”

“I ordered a pair of riding boots, I was sent a pair of right footed boots, these were returned and a second pair of boots were sent only this time it was a pair of left footed boots, third time lucky a pair of boots arrived this time the correct size and the correct feet configuration. All in all a very poor service, clearly they have staff with either a pair of right feet or a pair of left feet, very strange.”

“Bought the product for a gift which is very good but it got delivered to the incorrect address about 30 miles away, took several phone calls to the delivery company charged at a high rate which cost me over £5.50 to finally have the item delivered nearly two weeks later one day after my daughters birthday. Very disappointed on this occasion.”

“Good quality own brand products and helpful staff, my only gripe is a lack os selection in store of the products I am interested in (Hunting and Fishing) although thr internet order and delivery service is very good I do prefer to try footwear and clothing in store.”

“No problems with the service and delivery. I've bought a fair amount of gear from Decathlon but I have a problem with their arrows. The tips break very easily on their 300 series and the nocks are not wide enough or strong enough for the job. Not really a problem if you could get replacements. Damage is expected but where do you get parts to repair the losses?”

“Online service is shocking, still awaiting a refund for my order that didnt arrive to store, not had any response from online staff or any notification of delivery to store. In store staff friendly and provided item for me but i had to pay again, but reassured delivery would be refused and refund of online order would take place. Month later still nothing! Product is good for price, but i would advise using in store than ordering online.”
