“Excellent returns policy. Single pole broke in a tent, that individual pole wasn't in stock, so shipped for free an entire pole set - couldn't have asked for more.”

“We absolutely love Decathlon and its brands. Back in Spain all our water, cycling, hiking and camping equipevent was purchased at Decathlon, and we are very happy that now we can do the same here in UK. We had small issie with our 4.1 tent but it was resolved immediately and replaced with the new one. Only last two weekends we have spent more time and money in Decathlon than in all year. But we are smiling happy customers. Thank you.”
