“Decathlon is briliant they sell lots of spirt equipment witch us at a good price. If you order off line its fast and your order gets dispatched really quickly Great shop”

“My family as used Decathlon in Sheffield for years now, the most recent purchase was made inline as it was simple replacement after my daughter had a fall from her horse; thankfully, the helmet we had purchased six months earlier did it's job well, so it was a like for like replacement. the online shop and process was simple and effortless, this will encourage us to shop this way with Decathlon again. However, we find the friendliness of the store with guidance and support in products to be the preferred option. Decathlon all the way, reassuring quality and great value.”

“Simple to use online system giving you the choice of home delivery or free in-store collection. Ordered a bike online, had it delivered to the store and the mechanics were more than happy to set it up free of charge. Customer service and aftersales is excellent. Unlimited refund period with the use of a Decathlon card gives great peace of mind.”

“Good quality for money, very happy buying on line here. Sometimes delivery takes too long, specially if you buy several articles, I guess you do not have a central warehouse and you need pick some articles from diferents stores. Apart of this I am happy”

“I bought 2 white "skins" for my son for the cricket season. He says they are very comfortable and warm. The material does feel sligthly thicker than an ordinary cotton top (cannot remember what material it is made from). I would certainly recommend and will buy again. The price was extremely good.”

“I ordered a road bike which had a few problems but the customer service team were excellent and made effort to rectify the problems. In the end they sent a new bike which was fine and also gave me a part refund for my inconvenience. Therefore I feel my overall experience was a good one and I would buy from them again.”

“We find the staff in Harlow extremely helpful, stock most things that we require. Some more standard sports t-shirts such as brand names would be good - as per other sports retailers. Can only find these online.”
