“Had a slight problem with a product, not there fault it was the manufacturer. Decathlon were great easy pre paid return no fuss and very fast replacement. Also easy to contact. I will be using again”

“I purchased a sevylor kayak for home delivery which had a manufacturing fault, I returned it and had a new one sent out with no trouble whatsoever, customer service was very good. I also visited the store in Warrington to purchase buoyancy aids and paddles and Carlos was very helpful in showing us how to buy the correct sizes. overall I am very pleased with everything at decathlon. The loyalty points are great, but could be improved by the vouchers you receive having a longer usage timespan”

“I have shopped at Decathlon since my student days in France. I have always been impressed with the service and range of goods in your stores and am even more impressed by your online service. Goods are very reasonably priced, always available and always seem to have the size I want. Goods arrive very promptly, even when the site says temporarily out of stock. it usually only takes a few days to locate an item and to deliver it. Well done to Decathlon, over many years.
