“Ordered a little day sack via click and collect but had to get 2nd option as web page stated shop didn't have 1st in stock. Called shop and spoke to Luke, Team Valley, Gateshead. 1st choice was in stock and 2nd choice wasn't. Luke very helpful in seeking and confirming. Visited shop bought original choice and Luke again very helpful in arranging refund. I also ended buying other items. Well done Luke, thanks for help.”

“I ordered a Btwin mountain bike recently which came the next day, very prompt service. On fixing the pedals to the crank I noticed one of the threads was damaged therefore the pedal couldn't be fixed. I rang Decathlon and with no question whatsoever sent me two new pedals at no cost. very good service. Highly recommended.”

“I bought 2 gymnastics leotards for my daughter. After reading other reviews I went for a size up from what I would normally buy (she is a tall 4yrs and I bought 8) and they both fit lovely. My daughter loves them. Will purchase from here next time!”
