“I received notification that renewal was due two weeks before the renewal date, and was then called or emailed sometimes twice each day until I responded, a couple of days before the renewal date. This was extremely irritating and persisted even when I asked your staff not to, or emailed replying that I would review the matter and get back to them before the renewal date. I am sure most of your customers are very busy and see home contents insurance as a low priority; no doubt your policy is intended to wear them down so that they simply accept the quote without comparing against the market. Your staff themselves were very polite and capable and I am sure the above was a result of poor policy on the organisation's behalf rather than any failure of individual staff.”

“Aim4agreatquote are amazing. They produce a renewal document with an alternative quote having reviewed the market. I did a spot check and found their new quote better than I could find on comparison site. It is so refreshing to find a broker with this quality of service. Furthermore they have a system for dealing with an RTA which is second to none. I had a small shunt where a car ran into the side of my car at slow speed and they dealt with everything including a hire car while my car was repaired. A fantastic hassle free service for me.
