Hannah contacted me after I asked for a quote. She was brilliant only doing want I asked for and explaining every as we went. I got an insurance that I needed not what the insurance company wanted me to have Thankyou so much. Will tell everyone to phone you.

Stephanie Pratt who I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I received emails within an hour of speaking to her and nothing was too much trouble. I'm a little naïve when it comes to insurance and she dealt with my silly questions professionally and made me feel confident with what I was buying! Highly recommend.

The process of researching the best cover of insurance is time consuming and requires a lot of consideration. Hannah certainly helped by being clear about options without overselling. A had a little difficulty receiving all the documents straight away but by ringing again this was quickly resolved.

My only "gripe" is that the company relies too heavily on phone communication which is not always convenient. For some people email is the preferred option but I had to get quite insistent before the company would stop phoning and used email as I had requested.

My wife and I were very please with the cost of our policy and the service was fantastic when we had to make a claim for collapsed drains on our property. Hassle free process and very speedy settlement, as promised. So good a service that we have stayed for a second year and hopefully many more.

I received notification that renewal was due two weeks before the renewal date, and was then called or emailed sometimes twice each day until I responded, a couple of days before the renewal date. This was extremely irritating and persisted even when I asked your staff not to, or emailed replying that I would review the matter and get back to them before the renewal date. I am sure most of your customers are very busy and see home contents insurance as a low priority; no doubt your policy is intended to wear them down so that they simply accept the quote without comparing against the market. Your staff themselves were very polite and capable and I am sure the above was a result of poor policy on the organisation's behalf rather than any failure of individual staff.

The agent I spoke to was very proffessional and knowledgable on insurance, risk and claims assessment. Particularly regarding what is regarded as accidental damage which was a concern of mine. Its important for customers to speak to people who know what they are talking about and also care about what they are telling you! A+
