The process was quick and simple and made easier by the very helpful advisor who was very friendly. I didnt know much about insurance and I felt daft asking some of the questions but she was very knowledgable and patient and answered all of my questions. The price was great and saved me over £60 from my home insurance renewal with my bank and as result I have already reccomended Aim4agreatquote to a family member and would do the same to anybody thinking of using them. One thing I will say is the documents can be quite confusing but I called up and again I was helped through the process and been advised that they are also in the process of changing the documents to be more customer friendly. Very good experience.

If the questions you asked reflected the answers on the form, if you could spell the customers name correctly, if you would only listen to what is being said to you,( you record these conversation so if there was any area of doubt you could listen to the recording ) how do you survive as a business?

I have used this broker for several years for car and home insurance. They always come up with the best quotes compared to the comparison websites and the staff are brilliant - they explain everything and are patient with my many questions- Michelle most recently and Cameron and Hannah previously . I would not hesitate to recommend Aim4agreatquote when you need insurance.

First class response, very informed, ours was not straightforward, quite complex & I did anticipate a wait but it was delivered in the time scale offered and you can't say fairer than that. Had a few issues because agent not available when I was & I felt compelled to deal with the agent that had been so helpful to my circumstances, are they on bonus for arranging a policy or up selling? I went a weekend without cover because my agent had been so helpful & I felt had I gone through another agent she would have missed out (Steph Pratt) ... I didn't go for any extras... Maybe if you were clear your agents were on national minimum wage or above & received bonuses only if they secured the ' add ons' I could have finalized my policy sooner rather than later. I cannot praise the service Stephanie Pratt delivered to me & its because of that I wanted her to finalize my policy... As a company you should be more clear on how you pay your agents. I was very surprised at the number of documents I was sent, obviously impossible for a normal working person to read it all. The list of exclusions is ridiculously long and pretty much defeats the object of insurance which of course is peace of mind and financial security in the event of an accident. Terminology and names of documents used in emails needs to match that used on documents exactly otherwise it is confusing. I was really impressed by the speed of response to emails, very efficient.

the person dealing with my inquiry was very thorough, sounded very professional..a big plus, she was working on bank holiday! I was disappointed to be charged more than was advertised on the internet site I had used to compare.I wanted the extra accidental and legal cover, When i challenged the amount was told i had a better deal... remains a bit sour.... I also stated i haven't received the paperwork to read through and sign..was told to look;still haven't received four days later so will have to ring again.
