“I received notification that renewal was due two weeks before the renewal date, and was then called or emailed sometimes twice each day until I responded, a couple of days before the renewal date. This was extremely irritating and persisted even when I asked your staff not to, or emailed replying that I would review the matter and get back to them before the renewal date. I am sure most of your customers are very busy and see home contents insurance as a low priority; no doubt your policy is intended to wear them down so that they simply accept the quote without comparing against the market. Your staff themselves were very polite and capable and I am sure the above was a result of poor policy on the organisation's behalf rather than any failure of individual staff.”
