“I ordered a AR15 large repair kit and 2 Sig P320 uppers and 2 barrels. The website said free shipping on all orders over $250 and my order was $931.87. On checkout I did not have a choice on shipping because it was free shipping. No choice between UPS, Fedex or USPS etc. Three days later I received a tracking number and 10 days later I received my order. The box had a big hole in the side of it. 4 out of 5 items inside were damaged. I took several pictures and called Delta Team Tactical ASAP. I spoke to Trey for over 1.5 hours by phone sending him my emailed pictures. He finally told me that his email server was down and to try later. Over a 3 week period of time I sent 52 emails with all the pictures and 15 phone calls. Finally yesterday the emailed back and told me that they won't refund my money, they won't exchange the product nor will they take the product back. This was after three weeks of talking with them they had said from day one that they were going to exchange my entire order once they received my pictures. Yesterday their email said because I refused the shipping insurance that I'm screwed. Please remember I had no choice in who, what when or how my order was going to ship due to it was free shipping from then. This is the KICKER, Delta Team did NOT put any packaging in the well over sized box, no bubble wrap, no peanuts, no paper etc. If they had my order would not have bounced around inside a way too big of a box (2FT x 3FT) and gotten damaged. They tried to lead me on for almost 30 days so I could not do a charge back which I did today after warning them and giving them 28 days to resolve the problem. I have read other reviews of other folks having the same problem. When they meaning Delta Team chooses the shipping method you don't have a choice. They told me to call UPS which I did and UPS said there was nothing I could do because I was not the shipper nor did I pay for shipping that Delta Team was the shipper and paid UPS. SCAM folks at Delta Team, lied, poor packing and leading a customer on for 28 days and then trying to screw a 100% disabled Veteran out of my money and my product. This review should be ZERO stars but 1 star is the lowest this site will allow. BE AWARE”
“Just got my refund because your website advertised one thing and then changes after you get my money. Telling me I had to have a FFL license. I got my money back minus $10. 60. I hope you choke on it. I know from other friends I talked to that you did this to everyone. “Buyer be ware DDT has changed and not for the good get email saying 30 days to purchase 80% lowers before they have to be serial numbered. I ordered then get email they need FFL to ship I call the guy says we ran out of non numbers automatically switch I canceled the order then get email they returned my money to account I looked and it’s $21.65 short customer service gives me a BS $4 ea to restock something they did have in the first place. Then before I answer that email I get another saying that all I’m getting back it’s my fault picked the sku# with ( s )in it. How does a customer know what your sku# means I’ll never spend another dollar at DDT they pulled a bate and switch customer service sucks and rude. Look into AR industry

“This sham scanner company has seen the last of our groups money. I ordered a 80% frame for my sons birthday, it came a month later, missing parts and total junk, with no instructions included.
When I called and emailed, all I got was NO RETURNS. They sold JUNK, without all the parts and will not accept a return or allow me to pay the difference for a P80, like I bought my other son.
They have seen the last of the two dozen member groups money.
Buy elsewhere... they are scammers and con artists of JUNK.”

Sold me a trigger that doesn't fit standard mil-spec lowers. I tried on 3 different companies lowers. They are not 80's. They wanted to charge a "re-stocking" fee because they said it fit theirs. I had to demand to get all my money back. They responded by black listing me. I will go through my CC to get the refund as they won't give it to me.”
“Ordered a .308 complete upper & paid for assembly and test firing. Took them 2 months to complete my order and ship to me. When I was finally able to shoot it the bolt didn't cycle correctly. It wouldn't eject the spent cartridge or load another. After I oiled the bolt carrier it started ejecting the spent rounds but the bolt still doesn't cycle enough to load another round. There is no way they actually tested this upper, if they did the problem would have been corrected. I have a single shot AR rifle now. Contacted customer service & they tell me it's already out of warranty. I'm going to take it apart myself and see why it's not functioning properly. Don't trust them to do any assembly work or test firing. Very dissatisfied.”
“This was my first and last order from Delta team Tactical it's been two weeks since I placed my order and my status still says new and when I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on without speaking to anyone. I sent them a email two days ago asking about my order and they said It'd be shipped that day and still nothing. In the email I got back the guy tried to justify their incompetence and was very sarcastic.”
“Horrible company to do business with did there online order pick up in store witch is usually ready in an hour or so drive the 30 plus miles to store get there and was told they moved there warehouse and would be notified when it was ready to pick up. Got an email saying my item had shipped to the store a week later made the 30 plus mile drive to pick up get to the store and was told my items were not there and couldn’t pick them up and that no one from the warehouse would bring them over because they had already been there once that day. Asked if I could go to warehouse and pick up and they said no. They don’t care about there customers at all. Canceled my order and will take my business else we’re. Total joke of a company to let a 1,000 plus order walk away!! Would of given zero stars but wasn’t an option !!!! Stay away !!”

They deducted my $2K right away from my bank account but still haven't even processed my order. Their website says unassembled parts will ship within 3-5 days. Well it's been 22 days.

“I was in the process of an LR.308 build and ordered a .308 complete buffer assembly from Delta Team Tactical. I received the part from them but was waiting for the barrel and bolt carrier group that I ordered from a different company to come. It literally took me a year just to get the parts to build the rifle. Once I got the rifle together I figured out that the bolt carrier group would not travel far enough back for the bolt catch to work even when using the charging handle. I checked the spring next to my sons .308 and found out that they had sent me the wrong spring. I emailed pictures and an explanation along with my order number and got a reply that because my order was so old they couldn’t help me. I replied again the wrong parts are new it was the wrong spring and I would send it back to them in exchange for the right one. They refused to send me a $10.00 spring to keep my business and I have purchased many other things from them. Never again.”
“DTT can’t seem to resolve a missing item in my order. Support keeps emailing asking for photos of what I received, how does that help with a missing item? I sent photos via live chat of my invoice and the item I received. Days later they are still asking for photos. When I respond to the email it says their mailbox is full try again later. So far very disappointed.”
