“Delta Team Tactical / Omega Manufacturing & Davidson Defense are all the same company. They ship products out very poorly in USPS priority envelopes that do not protect the items well or at all. Product are Cheap Chinese items are times that are not tested or confirmed for quality but expect the end user to assume all responsibility and they do not back up the products by any means. Purchased BCG + Charging handle combo charging handle wont even go in the the upper receiver. Purchased multiple buffer tube kits was told to grind the tubes my self or mod would not take the products back and lastly I purchased multiple receivers from them. These receivers and multiple other products are shipped in USPS priority envelopes thought nothing of it but now that I am trying to use these items well the BCG will not go into the product at all & due to the shipping method they use the item / s have stress marks on the sides. So outside of this having 2 issues with damage and that the BCG will not go into the product as from my dealings with them it always falls to the consumer to take the loss. No such thing as a lifetime warranty free of defects or sorry we use use a shipping methods that does not protect your purchase. So again I don't expect this same company to provide real customer service or resolve the issue but clearly expect the answer to be thanks for the free money, good luck.”
“Bought a .243 barrel last year from dtt and it failed the go gage and i had to finish ream the barrel. A friend of mine has the same issue with his barrel from dtt it also failed the go gage and will not accept a factory round. He is going to contact dtt we will see how they resolve this. This company has a serious problem with Q A and it needs to be addressed i will not be buying products from dtt any more.”
“I second the review concerning out-of-spec or blem parts. My Lakota 9mm BCG firing pin hole in the bolt face is severely off-center and the pin strikes barely set-off a primer. I guess that’s why It was so cheap….the quality is cheap! I don’t expect to get any help based on other reviews posted here. I’ll just shoot it until it doesn’t shoot and purchase my next parts elsewhere.”
“Worse company ive ever dealt with in the 2A community in over 15+ years.
They sell out of spec BCGs. NIB coating done improperly. Indents all over my bolt lugs. And they had the audacity to say it's "normal" lol yet their website page for the item didn't show the markings nor a disclaimer.
Then proceed to screw you over with restocking fees, cancellation fees, shipping fees. Etc.
I'm so stupid for giving them my business. I've reported them to BBB and my Credit Card Company.”
“The worst customer service company. They shipped some of the parts and missed sending the rest of the order. Sent many emails and phone calls. Manu keep telling me that she will discuss with her manager. Never get back or respond. She keeping telling me they are unstaffed.”

“I ordered a 80% lower from Delta Team which never arrived. Apparently it was sent to the wrong address. I sent them multiple messages both before and after it went to the wrong address to update them on the correct address. They kept sending me messages telling me to take pictures of it so the could remedy the problem. Of course I had no items to photograph. I called and was told they would send it to me when it returned to them. Unfortunately, they did not send it to me and charged me a restocking fee of 15%. I wound up ordering from a company that actually had customer service and will not deal with Delta again. If you do not want to be ripped off, do not utilize this company.”
“Customer service and any form of phone response or instant message is a joke, huge delays and waiting for someone to answer the phone is ajoke. I have been hung up on 3 times each time I. All which is 3 times a week. The email response is just as bad. Instantly refers you to there email site to respond to them and cancels the request to be called back after waiting 37 days for and item to be built and shipped. I had to call them to find out they haven't even built the rifle yet.
I was the owner I would fire my entire staff and then go jump off the north rim of the Grand Canyon head first with out a safety. I would not be able to live with myself knowing my staff treated people so badly. Good news is you could use this company as a perfect example of how to not run business or how to not treat customers.”
“6 weeks and nothing shipped. Everytime I contacted was told something different. "Its being shipped today" a week later "Will get added to priority build list, will go out this week", next week "Covid hit us hard, we are behind" every single time they just give an excuse.”
“I Bought a drop in trigger that sporadically acted like a binary trigger. Very unsafe. I took the gun with the trigger installed to a gunsmith. They worked on it for several hours then told me that they could not fix it because there was something wrong with the geometry of it. Now I cannot get them on the phone to try to get a return. I have tried dozens of times. Have sent emails as well with no reply.”

Delta Team Tactical accepts and collects payment and when the merchandise doesn't arrive, there is zero customer support and 6 months later, they send you to collections (because I notified my Discover card who conducted an investigation and reimbursed me because they're investigations department stated that they couldn't reach anyone)"”
“I ordered a bolt carrier group and a charging handle. The bolt carrier group had a broken gas key, I contacted them sent pictures of it they will not replace it. That's bad business and I will not support them anymore. I've purchased quite a bit from them and this will be the last. You should not have to pay for junk damaged parts. I won't again.”

“Placed an order on the 27th of April. They took my money on the 29th. They do not EVER respond to inquiries of ANY kind. They say it takes 18-20 days to assemble an upper AFTER you place the order. I wait. 3 weeks goes by without a single word. I send them a notice to cancel the order and low and behold a response. They say it was delivered on May first. Only 2 days after payment, they assembled it and packaged it, shipped it and delivered it. I asked for tracking information. They send me tracking information to Taylor South Carolina. I live in Idaho. I send them my order information. Now NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Do what you want with this information but BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!”
“Bought a Aero Precision upper for $79.99. They sent me “their own” junk upper. So I’m out of $40. I’ve called and called...emailed and emailed...NOTHING! I’ve been trying since end of April to resolve this issue. Nope, at the time of this review it’s May 12th. Mistakes are mistakes and it’s just that, but don’t ignore me. They’re in business because of people like me. They have forgotten that. It’s also how I still get daily emails on sales and the owners wife has a “blog” she writes in those emails daily. Must be Liberals”
