“DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! Deporvillage refuses to return money in case of returns.
Deporvillage wants to charge me € 26.99 for returning a purchased item. But they simply refuse to observe the Laww in Portugal which determined they MUST refund the shipment costs of € 19.99.
Now, this is an incredible abusive practice where Deporvillage profits not from selling goods but to bet customer will return the items !!! It is a double punishment!
Run away !! Don't make that mistake that I made !!”

“Every time I tried to track my parcel you just changed the delivery date, because of this I couldn't get someone to wait in for the delivery. I got so frustrated that I decided I didn't want the item as my sons birthday is now long gone because the parcel took so long to come I have now asked to cancel the order and I want my money back but since I asked this your customer service department now thinks its funny to send me emails in French or Spanish. “It's difficult to give Deporvillage 1 star because they took the money, never delivered the shoes ordered and yet sent an email saying they were delivered (impossible since I work from home now and was waiting for parcel).
Customer service is unaccessible. None of the phone numbers work, for Deporvillage nor the delivers service (GLS), and not even the 'chat with one of our agents' functions. This clearly stinks of fraud and will pursue it as such with my credit card provider.”

Purchase made on 23rd December for an item advertised as in stock and delivered within 48 hours. The date today is 20th January and after much chasing, my item has finally been dispatched TODAY after chasing the "customer service' team (though there is no evidence of customer service in sight) and chasing someone on Instagram because the customer service team are inept and don't respond to questions.
I paid £8.99 for delivery which, when most companies will deliver for free when you spend over a certain amount (and quickly I might add), I believe to be expensive, especially for a small item. When I requested a refund of the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture for the poor service and lack of updates, I was offered a discount code (because going through another purchase experience like this is exactly what I want right now).
Needless to say, I will not be buying from this company again and would strongly advise against doing so, unless you're happy with sub-standard service and waiting an eternity for delivery.”
“I wish I could give less then one star - I am currently trying to work with an ombudsman service for this company however it is difficult as they are based in Spain. They sold me a faulty, secondhand product and advertised it as brand new (full price). I noticed some problems two days after I received it and they said that the device definitely did not belong to anyone before me. I had problem after problem after problem after problem and then finally about 5 months later I found proof on the device that it did belong to somebody else. I have been contacting them about this for months and months - sometimes they reply, sometimes they don't bother. I just want to cry with frustration, all I want is a refund for a product that was mis-sold to me. Do not trust them, absolutely, completely awful :(”
“Depot village told me I have to go thru after sales.com because I wanted to get a exchange on my boots that I paid $218.00 plus $17.00 for shipping by email. After sales wanted me to send a Vidio of the boot that was leaking if you can believe that. Which I did. I have yet to get a response. It’s going on 2 weeks. Stay clear of this terrible customer service warranty. My shoes are only 30 days old and they boast in their website about 365 days for returns👎🇺🇸”
“Purchased a Unit 'Diana' child's cycle. No problem with delivery all within timescale. Brilliant especially with current climate, ordered 7th Dec arrived 16th 😀 unfortunately the basket was crushed so not usable, and the welding on this bike is the worst my cycle mechanic son has seen in 15years, certainly not worth the money paid. The bicycle is not safe and should not be available for sale, especially as a child's bike”

They make you use DHL!!! (Or highly recommend!!!! Or it may not make it as they see fit!!!) So I call DHL for a quote from Melb Australia - in the same box with weight 1.5 kg. $349!

“Deporvillage took payment but didn't send any goods out. They ignored my emails. I contacted DHL who said they have received nothing for me from Deporvillage so I was forced to open a case with Paypal. As of today, approx three weeks from taking my payment, I have no refund, no goods (48 delivery - pah!) and they have not responded to Paypal. Luckily I paid by Paypal credit for the payment protection it offers on goods over £100.
Deporvillage is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am still fighting to get my money back.”
