However be aware this company is situated in Spain, and this is not apparent so anything over £135 you are liable to the import duties and VAT so be careful that you don’t end up paying twice (once at checkout once at border) My product was under this threshold and as such deporvillage charged me the UK vat and paid the costs prior to shipping. Sat at the border for over a week in customs but not deporvillages fault”
“I bought a smart turbo trainer from them in February 2020 and it stopped working around October 2020. I have now spent over a year trying to get a refund. They eventually took the trainer away after 4 failed attempts due to them not getting the paperwork correct and the courier not being able to uplift the item. I have wasted days of my time emailing them and I have still not received a refund. The staff I have dealt with are either completely incompetent or liars. I will never use this company again.”
“I bought 2 pairs of identical trainers in different sizes back in August and needed to return the ones that were too small. I tried sending them back using the address Deporvillage provided online. I sent many emails to their customer service team because the tracking service stated my parcel was refused at the warehouse - Deporvillage admitted no responsibility for this. I received the item on 23/10/21 with the Spanish postal service sticker again saying it was refused. This company is very unprofessional and give the impression they are operating a scam - they don't want to process refunds and need to be investigated. I tried calling their telephone number and it doesn't work - avoid at all costs!”

Absolutely terrible. Where do I start?
I ordered a jacket over two weeks ago. Was meant to arrive 6 days ago but didn't show up. After multiple emails to their customer service team they said it's being held at customs and i need to respond to a message they've sent me. I had received no message. They then later said that the courier company GLS-Group, who by the way are impossible to contact by any means, had lost it and have 10 days to find it. I was also told that I would be have to pay a customs charge if they do find it before they can deliver it. At this point I asked fro a refund and they said they couldn't issue a refund until after the 10 days, despite admitting that they would issue a refund regardless of whether they find the jacket or not. I have spoken to them many times over the phone, which is an a number in spain. I asked them if they make money of the call and she said they did. They actually make money off you calling them. They take ages to answer and when you give them your order number they take over a minute to find it and put you on hold. When I complained about this she said there is a free phone number on their website and i've chosen to use the pay phone number. If you go on their website the only phone number clearly listed is the one I used. Apparently this free one is in their frequently asked questions. What an absolute scam. So whatever you do, however cheap they're listing the product you want to but, I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!”

I contacted both and they keep passing the responsibility bot no Focus or Deporvillage stand up for €30 that came defective from factory.

And leaves items unclaimed when carded by the carrier (parcelforce worldwide) expensive lesson learnt - best avoid if you are UK based unless you are 100% sure you won’t need aftersales or return.”

They charge you 20% VAT at the checkout, but do not declare that on the shipping paperwork, so the buyer then has to pay an additional 20% when the item gets to customs.
Customer service don't care, they just tell you to either suck it up and pay VAT a second time, or refuse and let the shipment be returned to them, at which point they refuse to refund the shipping costs.
Clearly just a money-grab to extort more profit from unsuspecting buyers by not declaring the VAT so they can keep it themselves.
Seriously, buy from anyone other than this company, if you can.”

Do not order from this website if you think you are going to save money. If you are ordering to the UK, there will be both import VAT + handling fee from the logistics company Depor choose. Add the that the long delivery time and you will end up spending more money and taking more time than having walked into a store in the UK.
They are not the "best price on the internet" when you actually factor in the costs.
