"No refund after 2 months for a returned order. Thieves!!!\r\nNothing stating that because I\u2019m from the UK I\u2019d be responsible for import charges. If that was made clear at checkout I wouldn\u2019t have purchased.\r\nRefused my dhl parcel as the extortionate import charges of \u00a3143 for a \u00a3271 order. \r\nDeporvillage confirmed they have received my order back but nearly 2 months on I still don\u2019t have my refund. I keep getting the same automated response wait another 7-10days. I\u2019ve reported it to Monzo and Mastercard. \r\nNow hiding behind a dispute being raised. Which if they was honourable they can refund and close dispute. But they fail to be a honest company. Stay clear. \r\nSteal your money. Stay away"
