“I have Made an order ,but after 2 weeks still have not received my order that i have already paid.
I have also tief to contact then about my order and no reply from them.
That was the lasttime that i fordert something from there.
I recomend to never make an order in this Site.”
“I placed an order begin december. I waited one month. The package was never sent. On 6 january I cancelled my order. Until today, 16 january, I did not receive my money back.
My advise is not to order from this company.”
“It seems Deporvillage doesn't have things they sell in stock. I ordered some boots on 11/10/2022 and was given a delivery date. That date was later changed when they didn't deliver on the first dates, and again changed. Finally, after writing them a couple emails and they replying they would deliver the boots, they said they wouldn't deliver at all - this was after 40 days of waiting.
They blame their "supplier" but I didn't order boots from their supplier, I ordered from Deporvillage and Deporvillage didn't deliver.
I believe their website is a lie. They suggest they have things to sell, but take your order and then don't deliver.
No ski boots for my daughter for Christmas. Thanks to Deporvillage and their lies.”
“DV advertizes they deliver in 24hrs. This was the key reason why I have ordered from them because needed to get Christmas gifts before my travel date. They have sent a mail on the next day 'sorry we can deliver your order within 2-4 days only. I feel fooled and disappointed so I don't recommend this shop as a 'reliable' store.
Order only if it's not urgent for you as they cannot deliver what they commit.”
“Ordered shoes and cycle cleats, went up a size as recommended. Shoes horrendously uncomfortable and too small. Returned shoes for refund but they DO NOT make clear just how much they are going to charge you in 'Administration costs'. I did receive a refund but at a huge percentage of the purchase cost in 'Administration costs' having already paid a large fee for shipping in the first place. Definitely won't use this lot again.”
“UK CUSTOMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! It is a scam. They are professionals in using deceit.
First, they are Spain-based (although it is not easily visible on the website; price in £, ".net" dominium, etc) so you have to take CUSTOMS COSTS into account.
Second. Their delivery time is incorrectly estimated, even when there are logistics issues (high demand, strikes, etc) and they will not amend it on the website.
Third, it is imposible to cancel any order. They tell you it is processed, even though the status says "preparing" and they have been telling me that for the last 3 days.
My order was supposed to take 48 hours (it still says 48 hours delivery time on the website) and it is being 4 days due to logistic issues within they warehouse. After 3 days calling and emailing, nobody knows where my order is.
NEVER AGAIN!”
“This shop is absolutely not trusted. Based in Spain, they benefit from your trust in their integrity. Once returned, you will not see any refund of your purchase price. These guys are bad. Really bad. On your side and supportive are Spanish officials at Barcelona City Council as these people know, that Deporvillage does not have a working governance. Here can you put your claim.

“Warning - Be careful. This Spanish "shop" is not serious at all. Deporvillage refuses to return money in case of returns! Avoid all this hassle with the entitely useless "service - team". This shop trusts the foreign based buyers will not charge them. This "shop" is scam!”
“Do not be tempted by their sales patter and cheap prices (not so cheap after being stung by Customs duty). These people are rogues. I purchased a Garmin 830 unit. After a long wait and much chasing a package was delivered. It contained air - no Garmin! After agreeing to send out another they withdrew that offer after I said I wanted to cancel the transaction. They said they had proof the unit was in the package. I pointed out that the courier's were theirs not mine and they were liable until the point of delivery. No response. I also printed out that the weight recorded on the postage label was 15g and the unit weighed 79g according to Garmin so it couldn't have been enclosed. No response. It has now been sorted by PayPal resolution in my favour (thank you Paypal) but had I paid with a debit card there would have been no such recourse. Please please avoid. They are dishonest and disreputable.”
“Hi, I am in Portugal. I ordered indoor climbing shoes for my son, nr. 44.5 (European size). Got a 41.5. 3 numbers too small. The parcel arrived very quickly by courier, but completely useless, of course. After many e-mails (no tel. number for Portugal...) they finally replied saying I had ordered the wrong number and they could not replace the product, only refund. I have *not* ordered the wrong number but understood arguing would get me nowhere and so said ok, refund then. Deporvillage asked me to take a picture of the whole thing, box, shoes, price tag, everything. I did so. Not a word from them after that...... I kept pestering them and, again, after a whole week, same request (take pics, etc), plus a girl called me to say that they would send a carrier to pick up the whole thing, after which, they would refund. They gave me a date/time for the pick-up. I repackaged the whole thing ready to return and stayed home waiting for the courier to pick up the parcel...... NOTHING ! After reading other reviews on here I understand it really must be some sort of a fraud. I reported them on Twitter for fraud and think other conned customers should do the same on other social media, as much as they can. I really hope this can help other people not being deceived by Deporvillage. In an era where e-commerce is so widespread, companies like this should be wiped off the market in the interest of all other honest retailers to whom Deporvillage is giving a bad name.”
“This spanish shop is a major low performing shop. No service, no refund, money is lost. Please be smarter than I and most of the other one time victims and buy somewhere else!”
“Stay away from Deporvillage!
This is why:
Deporvillage - Welcome to E-COMMERCE hell.
The Spanish shop (yes, yes, yes - it says in the fine print somewhere) knows how to rip people off.
1.
The "size advisor" recommends a size that is clearly too small for the shoe you trust.
2.
This is not a reason for a return at the shop.
3.
The shop gives a 365 day satisfaction guarantee. So you send back to the Mediterranean for the most expensive money.
4.
The return is in the land of paella.
5.
The refund has been denied for weeks.
6.
My good upbringing prevents you from writing what I wish on this Scam-SHOP and the phrase writer fraud service.”
“Warnung - Deporvillage sendet den Kaufbetrag für zurückgesendete Waren nicht zurück. Man geht frech davon aus, dass die stark beworbenen Käufer im Ausland natürlich nicht gerichtlich gegen den Shop vorgehen. Spart Euch den Ärger und kauft im Inland bei einem seriösen Händler. Ist ohnehin auch ökologisch unsinnig, Sportartikel quer durch Europa zu verschicken.”
“WARNING. This shop is absolutely not serious. Deporvillage refuses to return money in case of returns! European consumer rights and the 365 days satisfaction guarantee are not worth a penny. They bet not to chased by legal action by foreign buyers. Absolutely disgusting.”
“Received the incorrect colour of shoe and was then offered a refund of half the purchase price. As the shipping was about the same as the purchase price, this would have been a refund of a quarter of what we actually paid.”
“DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DEPORVILLAGE! Deporvillage refuses to return money in case of returns. This is an incredible abusive practice where Deporvillage profits not from selling goods but to bet customer will return the items !!!
It is a double punishment! Run away !! Don't make that mistake that I made !! DON'T BUY WITH THAT COMPANY.”
“Urgent Warning. This "online trade" systematically steals money by not replacing returns. Questions are brushed aside with stand phrases. Since the company is based in Spain, it is increasingly advertising in foreign markets, as legal prosecution by foreign buyers is unlikely. Absolutely avoid - the money is gone!”
