6 months after initiating a complaint they have now asked me to re-start the process because they have lost the file. Meanwhile I have an unusable e-bike made by haibike that I have only ridden once. Haibike won't deal with me as my contract is with deportvillage and deportvillage have no interest in resolving my complaint. Disgusting service from both haibike and deportvillage

The customer service is horrendous. I had two gift cards and they would not allow me to use them on a single purchase, they had to be separate. They must be the only shop in the EU that does this. One of my other gift cards kept getting cancelled for no reason. Their responses are automated snippets from a scripts and it's impossible to speak to a real person.

communication I obtained finance for a new bike and purchased the bike through deporvillage, the wrong bike was delivered (completely the wrong bike), I contacted deporvillage and I was told they couldn't help over the phone. Not a single reply from deporvillage to my emails, they briefly replied on twitter, no resolution, no communication, no bike, no refund. I'll have to issue a credit card refund with my card provider and deal with the finance cost now, and the matching parts I've ordered for the new bike which cannot be used.

I ordered some ski gloves and ski mitts. Price was on great on sale. Shipping rate was acceptable. As price was in Canadian dollars, I assumed this online retailer was probably in Canada. After these items were shipped via DHL, I received a text notice for payment of duty, customs and tax - about 33% of the initial price. No where did it mention/warn me of this extra payment. I then did some extensive searching on their website to learn their are located in Spain. Also learned they guarantee best price but also, additional fees may apply for international shipments. This information should have been forthcoming. There wasn’t any saving. I wished I would have shopped local!

I have ordered garmin edge 530. Deporvillage is the worst customer service I have experienced. Bear in mind that you would have to pay duty fee+VAT if you are a UK customer. The product has been returned from UK duty (as I have not paid it) and weeks after I am still having a battle for a refund and they still charge me via klarna service. Klarna has said that they have not even marked this product for a refund so they cannot issue this refund.

This site is a scam. I ordered On running clothes and receives them all in wrong sizes. After contacting their managers through LinkedIn, they agreed to replace the order and it happens I received wrong again. Now the want me to return it so they can reimburse me. After reading the comments I don’t know if that’s happening. Order: 103529410

Absolutely appalling customer service - i received the wrong boots, they removed the page from their website and a month later after paying almost £18 to return them myself, they are 'lost' at spanish customs. They just keep repeating the same thing and have accepted no responsibility or offered to help in any way. Possibly one of the worst companies I have every ordered from - do NOT use them - they are cheap for a reason!!

Don’t bother. Ordered a pair of walking poles. Only sent one. Tried to get in touch and all they do is ask for photos and then ignore you. Had to try for refund via my card provider. Still no item and no refund.

The Deporvillage company is a shame. They say goods are in stock so you place your order, but a few weeks later they send an email saying they have been let down by supply problems so the goods will be delayed ... ie it is not and was never in stock!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Save yourself some headache and keep yourself from losing your money! NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER! Ordered 2 weeks ago, and they sent me the wrong product. When I contact them, they claim they Don t refer to that type on their website, even after I proved with links and screenshots of their website!!! When I ask how to get the right prodimuct and where to I have to return the product, just the few words as answer from them: "we don't refer to that specific, you type, you are wrong! (?????!!!!!!) I post underneath the photos with the delivered item, the ordered item and the screenshot of their website incl their description as proof. They claim they don't refer to Shimano HG 12 speed, 9100, 8100, 7100. Convince yourselves! NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

Just awful still waiting on a resolution after they sent the wrong item all the way to Australia. Then they blamed me for ordering the wrong item the promptly closed my case stating I could send it back if I want… $70AU no thanks. I was able to prove I was correct and was offered 50% refund which doesn’t even cover a replacement item which I bought on sale. Never got an apology or explanation. After they read my review on trust pilot they said my transaction was under investigation. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. The original purchase was on 8/11/2021 and it’s now 27/11/2021 and I am in the dark? I have two mismatched product I can’t use and no idea what’s happening. I would say if you can’t buy something else where just don’t buy it but an alternative somewhere else. Beyond hopelessly.

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to order from this website. If you have the bad luck to have some inconveniences with your order, then it will be a pain in the ass to solve them with this customer service. They answer the phone and if you cannot speak Spanish with them, they put you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang it up. Never ordering something from here again.

Ordered on the 20th October for delivery on the 25th October , now 8th November no sign of goods, delivery dates just gets continually moved back. After paying £11 for delivery appalling.

Overall my transaction was quick and painless, my items arrived as should, no defects damages ect. However be aware this company is situated in Spain, and this is not apparent so anything over £135 you are liable to the import duties and VAT so be careful that you don’t end up paying twice (once at checkout once at border) My product was under this threshold and as such deporvillage charged me the UK vat and paid the costs prior to shipping. Sat at the border for over a week in customs but not deporvillages fault

I bought a smart turbo trainer from them in February 2020 and it stopped working around October 2020. I have now spent over a year trying to get a refund. They eventually took the trainer away after 4 failed attempts due to them not getting the paperwork correct and the courier not being able to uplift the item. I have wasted days of my time emailing them and I have still not received a refund. The staff I have dealt with are either completely incompetent or liars. I will never use this company again.

I bought 2 pairs of identical trainers in different sizes back in August and needed to return the ones that were too small. I tried sending them back using the address Deporvillage provided online. I sent many emails to their customer service team because the tracking service stated my parcel was refused at the warehouse - Deporvillage admitted no responsibility for this. I received the item on 23/10/21 with the Spanish postal service sticker again saying it was refused. This company is very unprofessional and give the impression they are operating a scam - they don't want to process refunds and need to be investigated. I tried calling their telephone number and it doesn't work - avoid at all costs!

I make the order. I straight contacted them about the product not in good conditions they approved the warranty but then never updated me about the next steps and replied to emails. No update and waiting for refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Absolutely terrible. Where do I start? I ordered a jacket over two weeks ago. Was meant to arrive 6 days ago but didn't show up. After multiple emails to their customer service team they said it's being held at customs and i need to respond to a message they've sent me. I had received no message. They then later said that the courier company GLS-Group, who by the way are impossible to contact by any means, had lost it and have 10 days to find it. I was also told that I would be have to pay a customs charge if they do find it before they can deliver it. At this point I asked fro a refund and they said they couldn't issue a refund until after the 10 days, despite admitting that they would issue a refund regardless of whether they find the jacket or not. I have spoken to them many times over the phone, which is an a number in spain. I asked them if they make money of the call and she said they did. They actually make money off you calling them. They take ages to answer and when you give them your order number they take over a minute to find it and put you on hold. When I complained about this she said there is a free phone number on their website and i've chosen to use the pay phone number. If you go on their website the only phone number clearly listed is the one I used. Apparently this free one is in their frequently asked questions. What an absolute scam. So whatever you do, however cheap they're listing the product you want to but, I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I just got my new Thron 6.8 29’ €2500 with you https://www.deporvillage.net on 22/7/2021 (order 900234928) And At the second ride I lost the chain frame protector (Part number: KD325921229), and sadly all the frame is marked already, since I lose it in the second friendly ride looks like came with defective from factory (part number 8) I contacted both and they keep passing the responsibility bot no Focus or Deporvillage stand up for €30 that came defective from factory. First and the last time buying anything with them.
