“ 11 days ago i bought item from Franklin. It has not even shipped yet even tho they said it will be send within few days maximum. Not to be trusted. Customer service just redirects you to email. ”

Tried multiple times emailing customer service to advise the mistake and wanting an update but keep getting automated emails or them saying item has been delivered and that’s it. Asking for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. ridiculous. ”
