“Digital Surge have weathered the storm arising from the FTX collapse. Unfortunately they were over-exposed to FTX and didn't have proper reserves. Now customers have received partial funds with DS committing to returning the remainder over the next 5 years. Reassuringly, the company has implemented an assurance fund to prevent this happening again. Directors seem committed to ensuring the long-term success of the company and improving the safeguards of customer funds. Many of the recent 1 star reviews are from bitter, vengeful customers spreading lies and misinformation, and determined to see the company fail.”

“Nice interface, fairly easy to set up and get started. Really great that deposits and withdrawals are instant and no fees + gas is competitive. Would be great to have a leverage option and more automated features like stop loss, take profit etc and simple things like dark mode. Pretty good range of coins. Perhaps upcoming developments could be more transparent as a feature of the site.”

“Hi this platform is quite good. few things you need to work on 1. if we select any asset under wallet, then there should be button to buy and sell that asset straight away. 2. on front screen there should be increse and decrese % plus $ value of favourate assets 3.there should be increse/decrease in % plus amount in red and green under wallet of your assets thanks”
