After investing in this company, I faced difficulties when I tried to withdraw my funds, as they refused my request. I subsequently reported the matter to A:C:T:I:N;V:S:T:L:T ;D: C :O: M, who assisted me in easily recovering my funds.

“I had been investing for about two months when I tried to take out my first withdrawal and ran into a big problem. My account, which had more than €550,000 in it, was locked, and I was told to contact customer support. Regretfully, I have repeatedly received no response when I have tried to remove. After talking to several acquaintances about this, I was told to get in touch with SIMONCH. COM who helped me get my money back.

I bought some dioract sandals and a few months later on wearing for the first time , the strap going round the ankle snapped.As I was travelling I contacted the London store who told me th Bahrain store would be best option for me as I would be there longer than in London . I took my sandals they could see they hadn’t been worn only the once , and told me up to 10 weeks , which at the time was doable as I am travelling again so they should be back . They said they needed to be appraised by the shop manager and someone in Dubai where they would be sent . But would let me know outcome before sending to Dubai. But they didn’t they ended up being sent to Dubai then being told it could be 3-6 months before I get them back !!! Who buys shoes that brake first time to then have to wait for them to be mended , the assistant kept reading the what’s app messages not replying then when I complain he says they are now on the way back from Dubai but that was nearly 10 days ago.And he is ignoring my messages for an update on the sandals, as I travel to the UK and won’t be returning to Bahrain , the whole experience has been awful I will never buy Dior again wish I had read all the bad reviews online before I bought my sandals . And still I have no sandals and I return to the uk on Saturday, absolutely disgusting treatment

To my dismay, they not only demanded fees and rapid deposits from me, but they also had the nerve to cancel my account without my permission and refused to return my hard-earned winnings. I tried everything to obtain a response, but it didn't work until a buddy recommended M A D A C O V I. X Y Z, who is an actual expert at dealing with con artists like this.

I did not do enough research before collaborating with them. I felt foolish for placing so much trust in them; when I tried to disengage, I lost communication with them. After registering an official complaint with M A D A C O V I.X Y Z, I was given a complete refund.

I bought two bags from Selfridges Dior, and the quality was really bad and the service was terrible. The first bag was very small and rarely used, so I bought a second very expensive bag in March this year, but the accessories on the side fell off in the first week after I bought it, and the chain broke three months later. The store manager told me that the store cannot exchange any other items and cannot refund and no replace any chain and it will take up to 4 months to send me a new chain, so I can only use it after it is sent. There is no warranty for such an expensive bag. I think I will never buy anything from their store again,so sad.

We've all had our fair share of suffering and unpleasant experiences with these companies, and since I fell for their scam, T O N E L I M I T E D.co helped me get my money back from them—especially the profit I had hoped to gain from the dishonest business. There are undoubtedly a lot more phoney websites online these days, but I can guarantee You should never use T O N E L I M I T E D.co if you're looking for a trustworthy company or website to chat to and get your money back because they have unquestionably shown themselves to be trustworthy.

Dishonesty and fraudulence is the motto of Dior. It is a dishonest, scandalous corporation with widespread operations. I invested with them only to have my account closed weeks later. i was unable to withdraw my funds ,in regards then M A D A C O V I.X Y Z did come through, putting me out of distress.

Ordered mascara on line when it arrived it was dry rung customer service explained and was told to return it by post having explained that I would have to buy another before I returned the it was told this was the company policy explained I was not happy as this mascara actually cost 35.00 I was told by the customer service that they would speak with the sales manager and get back to me two weeks they still have not contacted such terrible after sales by a well known brand never again will I use christian dior products having worked my self in the beauty industry for another well known brand I would certainly not have dealt with my clients like this

I recently purchased a Dior bag, but it had stitching deficiencies and fell apart just a week after buying it. Despite numerous international calls to Paris customer service, they were unhelpful and refused to assist, making it a complete waste of time and effort. Never buying anything from Dior again.

The worst customer experience ever. Their door act sandal got messed up in less than month they refused to help me with that saying I manipulated my shoes. I felt scammed and robbed. Low quality and over priced. DIOR STOP ROBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS

Love the products but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen! My order went missing and I still can’t get any resolution from them. No refund, no replacement. They keep telling me that this is mail carrier fault. Very sad 🥵

Dior purposely makes it impossible to return shoes. They attach a huge hard tag at the middle of the shoe so one cannot walk or try out if the shoe fits. Additionally owning 4 pair of the j’aidior pumps the fit in the last year is inconsistent and irregular. Some I wear in size 35.5 other 6. I tried on the shoes and returned them within the timeframe. Then they sent a letter stating there’s as a blemish on the sole abd being returned to me, which was exactly how I received them and will not refund me. It’s been several weeks since I sent them back and the tracking shows no indication of when I will receive them all the while they have my money. It’s impossible to find small sizes in the boutique which is fine purposely so people have to use their online to buy and then they make it impossible to return. Their customer service staff has attitude and very condescending as it appears they go through this all the time. I’ve been a good customer for years spending 10s of thousands of dollars on the brand but this is it. Chanel, Fendi, Prada here I come. Good buy Dior. I will miss you but principles and bad customer service overrule.

Extremely disappointed with Dior in terms of quality AND customer service as a result of the issues I had with a gift from my husband. Sad to say, after enjoying cosmetics from this brand for years - they have lost a loyal customer. My husband purchased the Riviera Limited Edition eyeshadow palette/ nail polish set as a thoughtful gift for my 30th birthday. Unfortunately, the Dior nail polish is absolutely terrible quality - it lasts a day, IF that. Meanwhile a 15 dollar nail polish from Sally Hansen from the drugstore can easily last you a week. While Dior’s website states “our Client Advisors will be delighted to assist you” - the Client Advisor I spoke to on the phone line sounded more so as though he hoped I’d drop dead after our call. They handled the call with a tone and demeanor that was notably rude and abrasive. When I asked “does Dior not stand by the quality of its products?” He responded “if that is what you infer.” They essentially informed me that Dior won’t do anything. As I persisted on the matter, they did submit a request, which was denied by email a couple days later. Oh, but they did offer me a “code on my next order to receive extra complimentary miniatures & samples.” What a joke and honestly just a slap in the face from what was one of my favourite makeup brands. “Be assured that your comments have a great importance for DIOR for which the aim has always been the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its clients.” Well Dior, I am NOT satisfied and this response does nothing for me.

Avoid Christian Dior store and especially purchases on line, you will not receive your package on time. I am awaiting for my shoes for 11th Days now. The customer service is rude and unprofessional!!! I will definitely not buy anything from this store aver again!!!!!!!!

I purchased a lipstick at their pop up shop and ended up wanting to get a different shade. I didn't even open the lipstick I purchased and they were very nice at first saying that its a one time they would accept the return and sent me a shipping label. The lipstick I wanted was a few dollars more than the one I originally bought and after I shipped out they said it has to be equal or less value. I went ahead and bought the lipstick from Nordstrom Dior so I said I can just do a refund on the original I had already sent back. After I got confirmation that they received it back, it was like arguing with a broken record on email of the beauty advisor Crystal saying to pick a different item only and no refund or credit would be issued. It was so ridiculous. I ended up just doing a dispute with my card. Would not recommend to buy from Dior online. Try to find other retailers like Macy's or Nordstrom or their in person stores. Much better experience!

Its coming to a month where i have been emailing back and fourth for management to contact me - not only are the staff members in customer service rude and just forever to get bk to you- they think they are above u with this rude attitude to not want to help and actually listen to the complaint at hand - they in their own words told me i would receive something to then not send it with my order and then have the nerve to make an excuse - send a random thing to shut me up and still waiting for someone higher to contact me! there service is appalling!!! and they think its okay to talk to clients this way

Christian Dior simply did not stand behind their handbags that we, unfortunately, spent so much money on. A very costly handbag with defective material and ACKNOWLEDGED in writing by a Dior customer service rep. that (1) the bag we sent images of is authentic and theirs, and (2) they know about these defects. Yet, because we couldn't find the original receipt, they refused to either repair, replace or any other reasonable resolution for the customer. Customer service sweet talks to the customer so nicely, BUT did absolutely nothing for us to resolve their defective handbag. Be sure this won't happen to us again because we are totally done buying anything CD. And from the various reviews on line, it looks like others may be as well.
