“I bought a perfume on December 3rd. It was supposed to arrive between December 7th and 10th. Every time I logged in to track it, the delivery date had been pushed back by 4–5 days. Today, January 10th, the new delivery date is January 20th, and honestly, I can’t trust that date either.
I contacted them to request a cancellation of the order, but they told me it wasn’t possible. The best they could do was provide a return label so that, once the product arrives, I can take it to Canada Post and send it back. Then, I’d have to wait 15 days after they receive the product to get my money back.

“Disappointing Customer Service Experience!
I recently placed my first online order as a new user, ensuring that I filled out my profile and shipping address correctly. However, just a few minutes later, I received the order confirmation, only to find that the shipping address was completely wrong. Shockingly, the address was for a Mango store in Athens, and even my mobile number was incorrect—the last digit was missing.
I immediately reached out to customer service to rectify the issue, but all I received was an automated response informing me that they were unable to correct the address at that point. Instead, I was advised to contact my local carrier in Greece to fix it myself. As a result, when the package arrived in Greece, the carrier couldn’t deliver it or reach me due to the incorrect shipping details.
This has been an incredibly disappointing first experience with Dior.com. Please address these issues with your online system as soon as possible!”
