Poor customer service. £680 for a belt and no way of returning! No reply from customer services!!! Be VERY cautious when ordering from these, borderline scam. They send the goods but won't allow you to send them back if faulty!!!

I love Dior products, however this was my first time purchasing Dior online... and unfortunately am very disappointed. My views towards this brand and team dropped greatly. Couldn’t process payment with multiple credit cards. Reached out to customer service through email, which they did nothing to fix, just said there must have been an issue with final processing. Therefore reached out to customer service through phone calls, which they cut off without answering. ( 2 out of 2 times, waited over 10min for one.) Ended up paying with PayPal, but the free gifts that were supposed to come with my purchase (and advertised in the banner on their website) disappeared through this process. Highly disappointed and do not recommend purchasing anything through Dior online. I have sent an email to see if they can fix this... though my hopes are not high.

if there were no stars they would have it. I ordered my son some sneakers for Xmas on Sunday 20th December, it said they would arrive in time. On Monday they emailed saying that although the payment went through and I had to authorise via my banking app they needed a copy of my passport to proceed for 'security' reasons. Having never been asked anything like this before I was surprised nonetheless sent a scanned copy of the passport. I then called to ensure they had received it to be told that although their email said to email a copy of the passport they really wanted a photograph. I sent a photograph and called again to be told this now had to go for validation to their accounts department and I would receive a confirmation email that afternoon being 21st December. At 5pm they cancelled the order and said my money would be returned. I called to complain, they said they were not happy with my passport! They then sent an email to say I could pay by bank transfer, so I called back to arrange this and ensure the shoes would be with me for Xmas. No they said it was not too late for Xmas delivery. At 6pm I received a generic email from them saying that if you ordered before midnight then they guaranteed delivery before Christmas Eve. So I stupidly went with this and placed the order again this time paying via apple pay. I got a confirmation email but then this morning 22nd December I got a cancellation email. They are a joke, the 'ambassador' who I spoke to yesterday was going to email me a French email address to complain. Needless to say this never arrived and I am left today with having to go out shopping and buy an alternative gift. Stay clear of them they have no idea what they are doing.

Customers service is a joke and the payment department is even worse, I have a amount of 790€ block on my bank account for 3 weeks now. Something that should take no more than 2 hours max to fix. I’m never buying from Dior again!

Dior is known as a luxury band but what I felt is they are very abrupt and their customer service is nasty. I think I have said it all!

This is the fourth day in a row that I am attempting to rectify the issue I am having with your organisation. It beggars belief that a luxury high end company like Dior is: a) not willing to send me a replacement item that I received BROKEN b) does not ever answer their phone or return voicemails that I have left every single day for the past 4 days Purchasing from a luxury brand is all about the experience. We are all after a little joy in these difficult times, but to pay $120 for a broken candle with no offer of a replacement is incomprehensible and anything less than wonderful service from a reputable fashion house. You have now wasted 4 days of my time and my sister will not receive her gift I’m time for her Birthday! Buyers BEWARE, do not purchase from DIOR!!!

I ordered a mascara from Dior and i recieved it 25/7/20 dosent do what its suppose to do and the worst mascara i have used , i have very long lashes so shocked to see it actually made them shorter and very hard to apply ( never had this before) spoke to a lady online ( bear in mind if you dont answer quick they terminate the live chat after 30 seconds, happened to me 3 times !!! im working at home too so was doing this inbetween but shocked how quick they terminate it to the point i quickly after about 20 seconds they said they were terminating as i hadnt responded to me typing ' give me a chance to reply!!' which she stayed on ,i had to photograph and email the mascara and no one go tback to me i emails Anastacia again , nothing , i emailed Dior , nothing , i then called them spoke to a lady who put me on hold for ages and then said i coiuldnt return as i had opened it !!! er yes thats why i want to return it ,to be told to send it back and they will analyse it to see if it faulty if it isnt ir will be returned to me , had i brought this from somewhere else i would of been able to return it , customer service is shocking and tbh i shoudl of learnt when i went to one of the counters in Debenhams the lady was so rude and non int when i was looking for a new foundation, hense i went over to my normal Estee lauder and made my purchase with a very friendle lady , will not ever buy Dior ever again!!!!

I ordered Dior shoes on the web site. On 07/25/2020 I received my order, it came pretty quick. The size of the shoes didn’t suit me so decided to send back the shoes for the exchange. I sent them back on 06/27/2020. Dior scheduled the delivery only on 07/07/2020! So they received the shoes on that date and that’s it! No response from them. I sent them a lot of emails, I texted them on the web site customer service, I was trying to reach them over the phone thousand times, no one picked up the phone. Few days ago the customer service representative finally picked up the phone, and she told me that she just didn’t know how long should I wait for my exchange. I asked if you don’t have the size just send me money back, but she still was not sure about that and just told me that I need to wait couple of weeks!!!! This is insane! Today is 07/19/2020, they received my shoes more that 2 weeks ago and they just don’t know what to do and they can’t tell me anything about my issue. This is the worst customer service I ever seen!

This is a scam. I was told I would get my jacket within a week and it’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten it. They keep telling me everything is backed up because of the holidays but every time they say it’s supposed to show up it doesn’t. They are very unprofessional and I will never waste my time or money again. Don’t buy from them.

Sauvage is very derogatory, might as well start another line of fragrance called "house slave" or a jewish stigma perfume called "war". Its that horrid!!

Absolutely disgusted by the poor service I have recently received from the Christian Dior boutique in Covent Garden: I recently contacted Christian Dior's customer service department via the Dior website to ask about the availability of Diorissmo pure perfume - please note I am referring the pure perfume (Parfum), not the Eau de Parfum, which is available in most UK Dior stockists. This item is one of the few perfumes my Mum will wear, and the pure perfume has recently disappeared from all the usual Dior stockists. Customer services replied, and told me that their boutique in Covent Garden stocked the perfume, and they would be able to send it to me by post, as I live 200 miles from London. I immediately phoned the Covent Garden boutique, and spoke to a lady, who was utterly vague, and to be honest, sounded a right drip - not the sort of person you would expect to be employed by such prestigious company. She seemed ridiculously surprised that I was even asking for this item; as if I was asking for something made by some other company. She kept repeating that she "didn't think" they stocked the item, before eventually telling me they definitely didn't. While I was asking if she knew where I might get it, she suddenly discovered they DID stock it, AND it was in stock. I immediately asked for the item to be sent to me, which set off her ridiculously surprised attitude again - "SEND it to you??????? We can't do THAT - we don't know how much the postage would cost!". I ended the call at this stage. I really can't believe the attitude of this member staff - or that Dior are even employing someone so vague and watery. Her attitude lost the store a sale of £160. I have mail-ordered both my Mum and my wife various rare perfumes from companies such as Chanel in London with no problems whatsoever. The story has a happy ending, however, as following this call, I phoned the Dior counter in Harrods, on the off chance they might have the item, and they DID! They sent it to me, along with several free gifts and samples, with none of the nonsense I got from the Dior boutique. Still can't believe a company like Dior would behave like this! Unbelievably bad service!
