I love Dior products, however this was my first time purchasing Dior online... and unfortunately am very disappointed. My views towards this brand and team dropped greatly. Couldn’t process payment with multiple credit cards. Reached out to customer service through email, which they did nothing to fix, just said there must have been an issue with final processing. Therefore reached out to customer service through phone calls, which they cut off without answering. ( 2 out of 2 times, waited over 10min for one.) Ended up paying with PayPal, but the free gifts that were supposed to come with my purchase (and advertised in the banner on their website) disappeared through this process. Highly disappointed and do not recommend purchasing anything through Dior online. I have sent an email to see if they can fix this... though my hopes are not high.

Dior are THIEVES!!! They rob you for your returns and dont refund your money, having to seek legal advice. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING ANY ONLINE ORDERS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I was not aware that my package needed a signature. I work a full time job and everytime the delivery came I was not home to sign. After 2 delivery attempts, they package had been shipped back to Dior. I have been trying to contact Dior numerous amounts of times over the past 3 days about this package through email, phone number, text message, and I have been on hold for numerous hours a day. This is horrible service, nobody answers the phones, I could not even be provided with as little as a refund. And there was no service provided to me at all. Horrible!!!!

On 27 August 2003 I ordered two pairs of Sneakers They arrived on 29th August 2023. They did not fit and I needed to send them back. On 04 September 2023 I re-ordered the same trainers in the correct size. On 5th September 2023 I completed the returns process. On 8th September the returns arrived as I got two emails from Dior, one at 08:43 and another at 08:55 saying it has been received. Both of these emails say you are refunded in 7 days. On 8th September at 16:59 I got an email to say I am being refunded for the Black Suede Sneaker. It is now 20th October 2023, so we are 6 weeks later and I still do not have the money back for the other pair. I call most days to chase this and I am told that it is down to the E-Commerce team, I have been told that I am owed the refund. But I am never told when I will get the money back. Even today I called and it’s the same thing, I have to wait. I have already been waiting 6 weeks! If you look at my account and my partners we spend a fortune with Dior… I now plan to stop shopping at Dior just out of principal. I will call my bank today and have the money clawed back under insurance as I cannot trust Dior at all.

I returned a purse in Beverly Hills because I have been hearing horrible stories that they didn’t get a refund even if they mailed it, Dior claims they didnt receive the item so its your problem to track it. So I went to Beverly Hills and personally returned it, I have not received the refund, I called customer service they said the warehouse has not received the item and If I can go back to the boutique and find out when they sent the item back coz they “don’t have a phone number” for me to call the boutique so I have to drive all the way there to ask. Terrible!

Poor customer service. £680 for a belt and no way of returning! No reply from customer services!!! Be VERY cautious when ordering from these, borderline scam. They send the goods but won't allow you to send them back if faulty!!!

I purchased a lipstick at their pop up shop and ended up wanting to get a different shade. I didn't even open the lipstick I purchased and they were very nice at first saying that its a one time they would accept the return and sent me a shipping label. The lipstick I wanted was a few dollars more than the one I originally bought and after I shipped out they said it has to be equal or less value. I went ahead and bought the lipstick from Nordstrom Dior so I said I can just do a refund on the original I had already sent back. After I got confirmation that they received it back, it was like arguing with a broken record on email of the beauty advisor Crystal saying to pick a different item only and no refund or credit would be issued. It was so ridiculous. I ended up just doing a dispute with my card. Would not recommend to buy from Dior online. Try to find other retailers like Macy's or Nordstrom or their in person stores. Much better experience!

Christian Dior simply did not stand behind their handbags that we, unfortunately, spent so much money on. A very costly handbag with defective material and ACKNOWLEDGED in writing by a Dior customer service rep. that (1) the bag we sent images of is authentic and theirs, and (2) they know about these defects. Yet, because we couldn't find the original receipt, they refused to either repair, replace or any other reasonable resolution for the customer. Customer service sweet talks to the customer so nicely, BUT did absolutely nothing for us to resolve their defective handbag. Be sure this won't happen to us again because we are totally done buying anything CD. And from the various reviews on line, it looks like others may be as well.

I placed an order and I was supposed to receive a free gift as well as two samples. They were not included . . I joined the loyalty program for these perks . Now I am believing that Dior makeup does not fulfill their promises. They are offering me more free fists if I buy more . I don’t think so .. I will stick with Chanel .

Shame on Dior. Your customer service does not represent the kind of service you should provide as a high end retail store. I will not ever purchase any products from your store for this reason alone ever again! Your customer service is worse than any other retailers out there and on the bottom of the scum. Whomever is in charge of retail operation should be ashamed of themselves. Train your employees properly. Are you not paying your employees enough they don’t know how to property treat the customers? You need to update your core system where the customer has the option to cancel the order before it is shipped out due to wrong address for example instead oh the cancellation is guaranteed and ships the package to the wrong address! You should do better than saying oh there’s nothing I can do to expedite the refund on the item I never got and even tho you got the shipment back but it takes at least 10 business days to process it. Wow!!what are you using 1980s system? Your company is a shame. Nothing but just a name brand. Learn something from Amazon. Amazon always comes out on top! Your customer service is disgusting!

Today I called Dior and spoke with some lady who didn't want to give me her name saying" She doesn't feel the need to " give me her name. I am a Dior Platinum member and was expecting a welcome gift around 12/******* which was delayed due to holiday season. I spoke to a Customer Service rep in December who said that it will be delivered after holiday season. Then i emailed Dior on 1/4/24 for a status update and they said the order got called and money will be refunded. Then when I emailed back to them expressing my frustration -Dior kept quite. Again I emailed on 1/11/24 and they reply back saying they have place order again. And today is the height of all. In my life I never experienced such horrible customer service. Is dior not training their rep how to treat customers? I am just loss of words. Which representative doesn't give their name? I guess only those who didn't treat their customer well and fear of consequences? Hope Dior will take action and keep their platinum customers

The service in Dior USA is one of the worst in the world Most of the stores are changing sales persons due to bad salaries Whenever you stick to a new salesperson it will be gone in only a few weeks They failed to ship a shirt ordered in the Soho store and they failed to refund me I was able to receive my refund using a dispute They failed to ship me a new order placed online I learned about this after sending an email They said that my size was not available after confirming my order They placed a second order with another size and I wonder if this new order will be shipped

Very poor Customer Service. No response to telephone messages or emails sent. No contact from anyone at Dior and no resolution offered even after speaking to an agent who promised to help in the matter.

I order 2 eye shadow and they only sent me 1, that was 10/12/23 I called they never refunded me and never provide me a pre - paid label since I got upset with the customer service I rather purchase from my local store other brand and today is 11/28/23 nothing

My son ordered a holiday gift set for me. It came without the complementary gift wrapping even though he asked for it. The worst thing is that they sent me a wrong perfume. I emailed them because their chat didn’t work nor text messages. They said they are busy. I received the response via email a few days later, they said the gift wrapping is while supplies last even though he ordered before Thanksgiving for Christmas and if I wanted to return, I could. That’s their response. The worst customer service! We will never order again.
