Dior UAE particularly Mall of Emirates never fails to disappoint customers. When ordering online, does not deliver on time worst not update unless the customers ask. Following up and 8 days later to be told that the item is sold out and advise customers to call customer service to follow up refund. Refund process takes 14 days in total and no apologies except an automatic reply. Seriously??? DIOR, your brand should speak of better process and customer service. This sucks!

The quality of the bottle is terrible, after a couple of months the bottle peeled off, it was unpleasant to touch. The material is very cheap

Shop at Nordstrom or any other place and avoid Dior. They are the worst company for returns. I returned some perfume i bought for my wife for valentines and I still haven’t received my refund even though they received my return already. I don’t get it.

They were understanding at first, but after they took over my finances, everything changed. They tricked me into making more investments in the hopes that my earnings and investment would grow, and then they stopped responding to my emails and messages. They suggested another victim to TREBLESLTD*COM, where I got help and got my money back in a matter of days.

I would give Dior beauty a 0 star if I could. I ordered a lipstick set for my friend and it arrived melted. I was told from several Dior representatives that I did not need to return the item for a refund and had to wait couple more days to process. I never received the refund. Later, another representative said I had to return it to get a refund even if it was damaged. I wasted so much of my time and energy trying to get a refund back. I would NEVER order from Dior Beauty online again.

They are nothing more than a waste of time and money that will only result in your loss; they are a deception and a huge letdown to society because they will never let you withdraw your money. If you're in this mess too, send an email to Treblesltd*COM. You'll get your money and profit back in a few days. Give them a shot.

Bought a $95 lotion and it came with a jammed pump. Was asking their customer service if can exchange at the store but they said no. The only thing provided was a dumb return label. No compensation or whatever, since they could not do exchange either. Don’t forget that their minimum shipping is $150 and they could not make an exception for free shipping. Wasted almost 30 mins being on hold for no resolution besides putting a note on the account for next time when they have available complementary stuff.

I bought a perfume on December 3rd. It was supposed to arrive between December 7th and 10th. Every time I logged in to track it, the delivery date had been pushed back by 4–5 days. Today, January 10th, the new delivery date is January 20th, and honestly, I can’t trust that date either. I contacted them to request a cancellation of the order, but they told me it wasn’t possible. The best they could do was provide a return label so that, once the product arrives, I can take it to Canada Post and send it back. Then, I’d have to wait 15 days after they receive the product to get my money back. For me, it’s inconceivable that, with at least 10 days’ notice, they’re making me go through all this extra trouble. I will never shop on their website again and strongly suggest you do the same.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience! I recently placed my first online order as a new user, ensuring that I filled out my profile and shipping address correctly. However, just a few minutes later, I received the order confirmation, only to find that the shipping address was completely wrong. Shockingly, the address was for a Mango store in Athens, and even my mobile number was incorrect—the last digit was missing. I immediately reached out to customer service to rectify the issue, but all I received was an automated response informing me that they were unable to correct the address at that point. Instead, I was advised to contact my local carrier in Greece to fix it myself. As a result, when the package arrived in Greece, the carrier couldn’t deliver it or reach me due to the incorrect shipping details. This has been an incredibly disappointing first experience with Dior.com. Please address these issues with your online system as soon as possible!

Package lost in transit, not delivered. Took me a week to get a response from Dior Advisor!! To get this "we will escalate the case, it will take up to 15 days". They want to inform me in 15 days... Crazy service. You should escalate what ever.. I came to spend, but not to waste time & money.

After investing in this company, I faced difficulties when I tried to withdraw my funds, as they refused my request. I subsequently reported the matter to A:C:T:I:N;V:S:T:L:T ;D: C :O: M, who assisted me in easily recovering my funds.

“I had been investing for about two months when I tried to take out my first withdrawal and ran into a big problem. My account, which had more than €550,000 in it, was locked, and I was told to contact customer support. Regretfully, I have repeatedly received no response when I have tried to remove. After talking to several acquaintances about this, I was told to get in touch with SIMONCH. COM who helped me get my money back.

I bought some dioract sandals and a few months later on wearing for the first time , the strap going round the ankle snapped.As I was travelling I contacted the London store who told me th Bahrain store would be best option for me as I would be there longer than in London . I took my sandals they could see they hadn’t been worn only the once , and told me up to 10 weeks , which at the time was doable as I am travelling again so they should be back . They said they needed to be appraised by the shop manager and someone in Dubai where they would be sent . But would let me know outcome before sending to Dubai. But they didn’t they ended up being sent to Dubai then being told it could be 3-6 months before I get them back !!! Who buys shoes that brake first time to then have to wait for them to be mended , the assistant kept reading the what’s app messages not replying then when I complain he says they are now on the way back from Dubai but that was nearly 10 days ago.And he is ignoring my messages for an update on the sandals, as I travel to the UK and won’t be returning to Bahrain , the whole experience has been awful I will never buy Dior again wish I had read all the bad reviews online before I bought my sandals . And still I have no sandals and I return to the uk on Saturday, absolutely disgusting treatment

To my dismay, they not only demanded fees and rapid deposits from me, but they also had the nerve to cancel my account without my permission and refused to return my hard-earned winnings. I tried everything to obtain a response, but it didn't work until a buddy recommended M A D A C O V I. X Y Z, who is an actual expert at dealing with con artists like this.
